Im a gringo as a gringo can get but I always feel at home at El Jefe. The staff is friendly and fast. The pozole is AWSOME for a hang over and the biria tacos are fantastic. I frequent El Jefe at least 2-4 times a week and they never disappoint. The staff speaks English and are very courteous. The restaurant is clean and they have ample seating. If I could give 100 stars I would.

We just moved into the neighborhood so we decided to try them out. My husband and I both had the steak taco dinner and it was good and the salsa verde was delicious and spicy 😋 we are definitely going to order again.

Very , Very poor service , cheap with condiments , charge extra for grill onions on a burger , and didn’t even say thank you! Dry burger very dry , first time , and last time. The fries were soft and oily I couldn’t eat them .

Good was tasty. Had a Torta dinner bread was extra fresh a fluffy. They use fresh ingredients. Vegetables were fresh . Rice and beans good as well.

For the prices of the meals, you can’t beat, but there is something missing in flavor. I ordered the burrito, though it was good, just an extra kick was missing. Service was great, place was clean, and price was great. I’ll go back to give it another shot
