The ladies taking order are very rude, have an attitude for no reason. Tacos are not what they used to be. Tuesdays they used to be 5 tacos for $8.99 now they are up to $15. Meat does not taste fresh. Go elsewhere.

Besides the salty and overpriced food the waitress are the most disrespectful pair of ladies I've ever met. After my motorcycle got hit in parking lot, my request to talk to manager or see the Camara was completely ignored. They only decided to pick up the phone after threatening to call police on me for not paying after I told them I just wanted to check on my bike please box up the rest of my food I'll be right back. When I say completely ignored ored I mean couldn't even check on me if everything was ok,not even for more refreshment. Horrible experience. If I could give a 0 I would. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. And how did I pay 27 dollars for 1 person. Overpriced is not the word

Ordered a taco de carnitas for my son today and it was all rib bones and skins. Carnitas used to be so good here ☹️ the steak was also pretty salty. We stopped going in because of long wait times and would order thru Uber eats because it was faster but the food is going down hill.

I placed an online order at 709PM, and order was supposed to be ready by 737PM. I arrived at the store at 750PM, thinking I was leaving extra time for my order to be completed. However, upon arrival to the restaurant, my order was not even started yet. Actually, they didn’t even know about the order and had to look it up. And to make matters worse, it took another 40mins for my order to be made. Moreover, the staff were not very friendly nor approachable at all, I felt so unwelcomed. And in regards to the food, the horchata tasted like medicine, and I saw the waitstaff scooping it out with a measuring cup from a large bucket in the fridge. The steak taco was also very salty. And the taco salad had a burnt shell. I was very disappointed as this was my first time trying this establishment as its signage was very enticing from the street. But, after my experience, I highly do not recommend Tacos El Tio at all.

I got a food poisoning eating over there. When I called in the manager he told me to go to the hospital and bring them some paperwork so I can give my money back. It’s the last time I steped foot in that place.
