My stepdad went to pick up a gallon of menudo and they just give him a half he didn't notice until my mom open the gallon yo serve to the family and my mom call the Restaurant and they say that she give him personal,my mom ask my stepdad put my stepdad say It was a young boy.so be careful went you order on the phone check your order.The lady was really Rude and she that the manager o the owner is wasn't there's at the moment.

The food is great but the customer service is horrible I've ordered over 3x over Uber and they always forget my drink usually a monster $3.50 let's just say 5$ for them not to give me my drink and then blame the drivers? Y'all need better cashier's to make sure y'all don't miss nothing I will be contacting y'all until I speak w a manager Update Aug 17 Why do I even bother SMH thanks for the extra crispy steak ENJOYED IT WITH MY DRINK 🍻

Very rude cook😖 My husband use to work their so I guess my husband use to drink liquor with that cook in the past. My husband & I both go to church & my husband no longer drinks & that employee knows that & that cook also knows my husband goes to church but it's been a few times that my husband has taken me their & that employee just laughs & laughs & always yells out to my husband that when is he going to drink liquor with him & continues to laugh. I told my husband that it makes me feel very uncomfortable & why is that employee so rude & disrespectful especially to me by doing that. I don't feel comfortable giving my business to these people. They don't even stop that cook from constantly laughing & asking my husband to go & get drunk with him

I order tacos early in the morning to eat later, I ask to please have the onion and cilantro separately. When I saw the cilantro was yellow and the onion gray this bad , I call the restaurant to speak to a manager or someone in charge this was las week Friday...it's been a week and nobody call me back !!!! So bad 😞 they lost a customer I'm not buying anything anymore..and the waitress that answers the phone super bad...please do something!!

Eleven tacos, three horchatas, all the fixins to go and we got precisely what we ordered, hot and fresh as heck. In and out real quick, todos para llevar. No issue at all and all as good as it gets. Unanimous A+ from all four of us. Highly recommend, Real taceros making real tacos real fast.

Be careful every time you order a pickup order, check your order carefully because these people never pay attention to takeout orders, it's not the first nor the second. I always order 2 quesadillas and they give you 1 and another meat and they charge you for the rest and Apart from the fact that they are expensive, one has to demand that they do things well!!!!!
