I’ve always had great experiences at Tacotlán, and this time was no exception. We recently ordered delivery and a main course was missing, which was a big deal — but Alexandria handled it with such care. She took my call and personally brought the missing item, which I truly appreciated. Her effort to make things right did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the excellent meal (and the refreshing strawberry horchata)! Highly recommend.
LOVE tacotlan. They have a decent amount of vegetarian options. Definitely enough for me to keep coming back and the food is always consistent. Every time I try it, it's like I'm trying it again for the first time. I always get the specialty character tortas. My favorite is the bunny torta.! Always so filling and worth it. The service is always good too! Everyone is always friendly. The drinks are also just as good. As a barista I wanna know how yall get the cold foam...
I came in for takeout on valentines day. The staff was bustin their butts for sure. The wait time was long, but it was most certainly worth it. The food is always so good. I appreciate the consistency. A lot of restaurants aren't consistent like that and I've been eating here for years.
