Thai is the worst taipei cafe ever! I ordered the popcorn chicken and Lurou Fan. Both very salty intensely incredibly salty. Look at Chinatown’s location so much better!

I was a frequent customer, but after my last order, I won’t be coming back.

I was given a chicken box that was about half the usual size without any notice. The staff were also extremely rude throughout the interaction.

This is by far the rudest restaurant I’ve encountered in the US. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Quick service and kind staff. Not crazy busy either so there was a spot to sit down and rest. Bathroom is not available for non costumers.

Five stars because the popcorn chicken (not pictured) was amazingly seasoned and fried. Beef noodle soup was just mid - noodles and broth were nothing special, but the shank was tender.

Every time the girls at front are very rude to the delivery drivers specially to Asians.

I don’t think I will ever come here again. On Sunday at 5:00 PM, the guy with glasses who works here was the rudest employee I have ever seen. When I asked him a question, he wouldn’t answer, he was loudly throwing things around, and when I thanked him as I was leaving, he didn’t even respond. When I said “thank you” again, he just nodded his head. I couldn’t understand what his problem was.

My go-to for Chinese food in this area. Large portions and good flavor. I like their baowich a lot.

Food was pretty good - we ordered an appetizer trio of fries, popcorn chicken, and green beans, as well as the spicy beef noodle soup, and dry noodle dish. Boba was decent as well. Taiwan style popcorn chicken is a must - this was excellent. The spicy beef noodle soup could've been more flavorful, but it is pretty authentic - I forget that tendon is included, which isn't really my thing, but others may like it.

What brought down my rating was the discourteous service. It felt like we bothered the staff by ordering at the counter (the QR code/app was giving us trouble) and when we placed simple requests, like extra bowls for sharing. On top of that, having to put away plates and dishes and getting up for napkins and silverware ourselves while still tipping is just faux pas. Where is the service?

Overall, this place is good/average. I love having a Taiwanese option in the neighborhood, but wish it was done better - with better service, better (softer) lighting, and comfier seating. The vibes felt like a Kumon that serves food.

It's decent for a quick meal in the neighborhood but I will opt to pickup next time. If you get a chance to visit, the Chinatown location is better.

Very disappointed by how bland the beef noodle soup was especially for paying $16 including tax. My family is from Taiwan and I’ve visited several times, and I’ve had great versions of this. Beef noodle soup is supposed to be savory and mouthwatering, not taste like water! Didn’t try anything else but not going to be back any time soon’

Braised pork belly bento is very good. Beef noodle soup was just ok. I don't think it is worth ordering

Have come here multiple times for milk tea and love it but don’t like the recent change to order through a QR code. The platform was super glitchy. I could see other people who were also ordering add things to the cart. Menu items shown in store were not found online and ended up having to wait a long time to order with a person. Hope they change back because love the drinks.

Bland bobba tea. The tapioca is not included in the drink and you have to buy it separately. Plenty of better places in the area. Skip this place.
