Excellent taiyaki. The smoothies are also great. Service was good and prices were good.
Place was empty and it took more than 15 minutes to create a Bear Down, which is apparently chocolate soft serve in a cone full of peanut butter. The PB is not incorporated in the ice cream, it’s literally like half a bottle in the bottom of the cone. It also took them 15 minutes to tell my daughter that the vanilla she ordered wasn’t solid. What we finally got wasn’t worth the wait or the price.
Paid $12 for it to melt immediately 😭 would not come here again.
Delicious dessert! The taiyaki were made fresh to order and were filled pretty well. We got ube, red bean, and custard and they were all delicious! The taro milk tea with boba was very good, but a little on the sweet side (we forgot to ask to change the sugar level, so we aren’t sure if they’re able to).
I would love to try the ice cream next time we come back.
We got the matcha soft serve in a custard filled taiyaki. The flavors were all really good but we felt the taiyaki could’ve been filled a bit more. But the portion size was great and we really enjoyed the matcha soft serve!
An absolute treat!! Pretty average price for an ice cream cone, but this one’s much quirkier and yummier. I recommend the matcha soft serve w custard filling
Delicious and worth the wait.

Hi there! Just walked past and saw that someone smashed your window !!
They have some delicious ice cream a lot of options and good taiyaki.
Taiyaki one of my fav desserts and this place looked legit. Although the traditional Taiyaki were undercooked and not even filled enough to fill any bean flavor :(

It’s awful it’s basically water down slushy it’s awful it was so bad I ending up throwing it away, it’s probably the worse ice cream / smoothie in Chicago area,

Don’t get the traditional taiyaki; we spent $19 with tax for six small, undercooked, mushy, barely-filled taiyaki. Think overbaked mochi, but more dry. There wasn’t a single air bubble in the dough. Filling was only in the middle 1/4 of the fish, and flowed out the hole in the top whenever you bit anywhere else. Custard was thin and had a slightly granular texture. Service was courteous and efficient, at least. I may just sound picky, but I couldn’t finish my three fish even with the sunk cost hanging over my head. Maybe the ice cream isn’t like this, but don’t waste your money on just taiyaki.
