I love this place! Their ramen is always really good and their teas are quite yummy too. It's pretty small inside but it's not usually too crowded so it's okay. Service is always great, and it's always nice and clean in here. The prices aren't too crazy, I believe their new menu the prices are about $17 for a bowl of ramen, which is pretty average for a bowl of ramen in Chicago. Over the summer, the prices were cheaper closer to $13 a bowl which was a great bargain, however with all the rising costs I don't blame them for raising the prices. My personal favorite is the curry steak ramen, but their black garlic tonkotsu and regular tonkotsu are great too.

Lately I’ve Been coming In, but there was an encounter with a young lady a couple times she leaves me on hold all the time I go in. Today when I first came in, she did not acknowledge me for For like five minutes and then to tell me that she would need 10 more minutes in order to take my order. Mind you I’m just ordering a beverage very unprofessional, but I get it. She was the only one working today. Still I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a beverage And she was very rude

Took over 35 min to get my food. It was 3 appetizers and a beverage. I was the only person in the restaurant. When two other customers came and ordered, I got my order at the same time that they did. Mind you, I was already waiting for over half an hour. Better luck next time going to another restaurant. Won't be back. The guy there was on his phone and not attentive.

Tamashii Ramen on Jackson is legit 🔥 I dropped about $28 for a spicy tonkotsu bowl and an order of fried gyoza, so worth it. Broth was creamy and packed with umami, noodles just right, gyoza had that crisp fill. I dined in at the counter, cozy vibe, staff was friendly and quick. Zero frills but all flavor. Definitely my go‑to for a solid noodle fix in the Loop!

The broth was so flavorful. I ordered the miso ramen with chicken instead of pork and made it a little spicy. The Yakitori was delicious the little bit of sweet to the sauce or marinade was spot on . First time coming here and will definitely return
