They've obviously tried to make the food as authentic as possible, yet the lack of quality and strange deviations completely throw off the dish (e.g. you'll never find pickled/preserved Bamboo in any Ramen place in Japan). The quality of Pork chashu was poor and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. In addition the waiter/bartender seemed extremely eager to get us out the door - kept asking if we were done. And lastly, the restaurant had a very mouldy smell. Unfortunately, will not return again.
