They've obviously tried to make the food as authentic as possible, yet the lack of quality and strange deviations completely throw off the dish (e.g. you'll never find pickled/preserved Bamboo in any Ramen place in Japan). The quality of Pork chashu was poor and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. In addition the waiter/bartender seemed extremely eager to get us out the door - kept asking if we were done. And lastly, the restaurant had a very mouldy smell. Unfortunately,...

Came in for a spur of the moment solo lunch. The staff was very friendly and quick to seat and serve me. The pork gyoza and Tanaka classic perfectly hit the spot on a chilly December afternoon. Highly suggest checking it out!

I regularly order take out from here and when I dine in it’s always a great experience, staff is attentive and music is great. I typically enjoy the spicy ramen, it never fails to disappoint. One highlight is the fried gyoza, it is one of my favorites
