The Pho used to be good. Now it’s garbage. The owners are liars and rude. You can find better food elsewhere on Argyle. Support Sun Wah!
Awful place! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. No wonder it’s empty compared to other pho places. I came in for a smoothie without sugar, and they decide to put sugar in it. Also, the drink I ordered was not the drink I wanted. The person at the cash register had bad manners. I will never come here and would not recommend anyone coming here.
I picked up an order, I got home and noticed there was an item missing, and when I called, the manager (owner?) spoke to me and offered to drive it to my home after they closed up shop. I tried to tip the man who delivered it but he refused. He was very kind and thanked me for my business. Arguably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant.
