Was in the neighborhood and ordered for pick up. I was SHOCKED at how dirty and junky the inside of this place is based off the great reviews it gets. The guy making the food was trying to be friendly but was offensive. He mentioned how he likes my voice because I speak “clear” then proceeded to say that most Black people he speaks to don’t. He specifically said, “I don’t want to say they speak ghetto but…” ? I didn’t even want to try the food because of how sketchy the inside looks. I should’ve asked for a refund but I just opted to remain calm/nice and just take the food and go.

Don’t order from these guy he took advantage of the people coming to the convention and he will charge you arm and leg for a tiny booty plate $90I would not pay more than $35 for it this is a theft I will include a picture to see the size of the two plates I bought and then I returned them to him

I can’t rave about this place enough. I work in sales and have used catering services from other restaurants but this place in unmatched. They are always on time, in a good mood and the offices are always left pleased and telling me that they can’t wait for me to come again and to not forgot to order the food from here. Not really any indoor seating, I think this is mostly a takeout store, but the food is good, and they give HUGE portions. The people here are really kind and gave my friend and I free drinks. I ordered the falafel and Beef shwarma which ended up being more like a beef burrito. This order ended up being $19. I don't recommend the shwarmas but i do recommend the falafel and my friend liked their hummus. Definitely would come again.

I hate to admit but this was the scariest looking food place I’ve been to in Chicago, scattered equipment all over the place, dirty floor and walls, definitely not a place to dine in (I don’t think you can), the food took a long time to be prepared as the guy didn’t know about the order until I walked in, the food was surprisingly okay, but I am not coming here again for sure, I hope it will become better with time though.
Who new this place was on Kedzie...went there for the chicken shawarma, ended up getting some humus, baklava and something else. Food tasted great definitely getting food from her again. It does look rough inside and cluttered but it's not a dine in restaurant. Needs better signage and clean up the facade. The cook was

Service was not good. We ordered take out a couple times. There were random charges added onto the bill that were not explicitly stated or the prices were different from the menu provided. In addition, they got one of our orders wrong and charged us for the higher priced item that we ordered but didn't receive. When we complained, we were told that the manager would call us back but they never did. If you order delivery, be sure to check the prices of the food when you order. The only redeeming quality is that the food is pretty good honestly, but other than that, i can't leave a positive review.
Food is amazing. Quality meats and fresh food. Definitely will return.
