The food was great -we ordered multiple hot and cold tapas plates for a group of 7 and all the food was very good and totally consumed by us. The crème brûlée and the chocolate lava cake was super yummy! The service was very good: the waiter was attentive and addressed multiple issues regarding allergies and portion size etc.
Tapas Valencia is great! The food, ambience, and service are consistently excellent. While we don't visit often, whenever we do, we know exactly what to order. This time, we decided to try something new. The Ossobuco de Buey was outstanding—rich and flavorful. The Requesón con higos, however, fell short. The figs were not sweet, the balsamic drizzle was minimal, and overall the dish lacked depth of flavor. We paired our meal with a classic red sangria and a pomegranate...
I've been a few times now and each time they deliver. My most recent visit was during a celebration of an anniversary with my significant other. When we arrived they had prepared a little placard to commemorate the occasion and the staff had all stopped by to wish us congratulations. This on top of their normal level of attentiveness, not to mention the amazing quality of the food and drinks, made the evening extraordinary.
