I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I tried to resolve the issue, the manager and staff were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation and asked for a refund, but they refused without offering any kind of solution. I was shocked at how unprofessional and dismissive they were, especially considering it was their mistake. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value good customer service.

Went here with 3 other friends around 11pm (where we each ordered different items), and *every* single item we got was amazing, which included carnitas, lengua, and steak. The lengua is probably the best I've ever had!
Highly recommend, especially because it's one of the few places in the area that serves food past 11pm

Horrible establishment that is scamming their customers. Received a completely incorrect order that was inedible and was refused a refund. Had to call multiple times everyday for a week and the manager still avoided speaking with me and refused a refund. Told me I would have to dispute it with my bank because his establishment gave me the wrong order. Do not reccomend going here at all.

I came across the spot months ago when they first opened and I was definitely Taken back by the price point and the quality and quantity of the food that they serve here. The staff is phenomenal, very welcoming. They make me feel like I’m eating in my tias( aunts ) kitchen. Coco Is phenomenal. Her energy is always through the roof very welcoming ans chef Nelson is amazing! The recipes are literally top notch and I promise you cannot get a Better bang for your buck in the West loop! They’re also open late night on Friday and Saturday, which is great because no other place is With a full-blown kitchen is !!!!! 20 out of 10, COME CHECK IT OUT !!

Got a steak burrito. Had at least 3 chunks of hard tendon in it. Hot sauces aren't hot. But the flavor was great, you get generous portions and it's a good price.
