Very pleasant staff, and an interesting concept. There's a nice quiet area in the back, or a more rowdy area at the front. It only provides plastic cups (which is understandable) so bare that in mind

Fun place to try a little of each drink. It's really easy to just stop in and out, as you've only got to check in once and then just place the card they give you in a pre-tip calculated bin.I wish perhaps there wasn't a 10$ minimum on cards, however I understand why it's there. Another nice feature would perhaps be to be able to pre-load a card or something, i.e. load it with 20$ minus an automatic 4$ tip or something, so that way I could just pay with cash when I walk in and still use a card.

Fun concept, but beware of an extra charge on your statement. I saw that there were two charges to my bank account--one was the right amount and the other was $20. I wasn't sure what the latter was for, so I called Tapster three times to sort this out.Two of the times, I was told that this was an account hold charge, which should remove itself after a day or so. They told me to call back if it goes through, so that they can provide a refund. I waited almost a week, only to find out that the $20 went through. I called back for the third time, and this time, I was told that they can't really do much about it. Something about Toast not allowing their management to refund the $20 from their end. From multiple conversations, it sounded like this was not the first time that this has happened. A shame that a fun experience was marred by the extra charge. Also, be aware that if you check out by dropping off your "beer card" on the depositories mounted on the wall, you only get three options for tip, with the least being 18%. I don't mind tipping; but I do mind the establishment limiting my freedom to choose how much to tip. Just something to be aware of if you want to go here.

Place is pretty cool and has lots of options of different types of beers! Was very busy towards the end of the late would recommend to get here around 8pm to beat the crowd. Place gives you a card to use for drink machines just ask the bar!

This is a interesting concept, but I think your better off going to a normal bar. We came for a few drinks and the bar itself was nice they have games to board games to play as well as a few on the walls. The issue I had was the pricing, everything by the OZ. So a beer you might pay $5 or $6 for at a normal bar could be $7 $8 or more here and that adds up easily through the night. As someone that doesn't use a tap often it can also be a little hard sometimes to get a good pour.

Rebecca, Matt, and her team were awesome to work with for my school‘s holiday party. Their semi-private space is beautiful!

The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because it's at least kept clean and is pretty modern/up-to-date. But just because a bar is cute and trendy doesn't mean it's going to earn my business again. There is a very limited number of drinks here for being a self-service bar. The only pilsner on tap gave me a glass half full of foam that I was charged $9.00 for. Did I mention it's SELF service but that you're REQUIRED to give a 20% tip? You serve yourself in plastic cups, not even glasses.Passive aggressive signs line the walls in the ladies bathroom that basically say, "We have really bad plumbing and if you over flush and clog our toilets we're going to be angry at you." But don't worry, they added smiley face emojis to try and soften their tone. One "server?" "Barteneder?" Who is never behind the bar when you actually need something. There are other self service bars out there who got this concept right. I'd skip this place an opt to spend your money elsewhere.

Very fun concept, where you pay by the ounce and pour your own drink. It's nice to be able to try a few beers/ciders on tap. They also have wine in their selection. I wish their cocktail options were available as well when I went, but I'll be back to check those out. They offer a variety of board games too. Overall, a nice and chill place to go hang out with friends.

Service was very welcoming! Love their trivia night. The express checkout is super convenient if there’s a line

It's a chain, but it's a really cool concept that was executed perfectly. The pour yourself by the oz really made it a pick and choose adventure. The games are great to keep you entertained and while we couldn't stay for it, trivia night at a place like this would be perfect.

Friendly staff with a clean and spacious room. There is also a wide selection of not only beer, but also non-alcoholic options. I will definitely be returning.

Great beer selection(ipas, sours, weisses, stouts, sessionables, macros) , you can order in your own food, really well run trivia on Wednesday nights at 7:30. They have board games, pool table, a back patio, a really great place. For those who don't like beer they also have cocktails on tap, nitro coffee, kombucha and water

Silverback Gaming

It's like gambling and beer. Good beer. I racked up quite a bill in quite the short time. Love the concept, but watch the ounze prices!

Big fan of the short pour model, Tapster does it well with a nice mix of classics, local brews, wine, cocktails, and even some unexpected drinks like mead.
