This place has the bomb tacos - a culinary adventure for sure, not your average taqueria (which I do love btw, but this is different). Rotating seasonal special ingredients, duck tacos, amazing flavor. Also a little pricier, and a longer wait time (they make these suckers to order) I advise order online in advance and pick em up!

The duck carnitas taco will enliven my dreams for days to come. It was so good. The crispy duck fat edges were awesome and the flavor as a whole from the handmade corn tortilla to the bits of orange made me happy. My other taco was good but the duck was way beyond good. The just cooked churros convinced my dinner partner that churros were worth eating though he would have liked some cinnamon to put on them. I like that they were fresh and hot.

Not a place for cheap tacos but very tasty and high quality!Recommend the duck taco!We came early so no issue with getting served right away but it is a small space that looks like it could be packed.Definitely would give this place a try, but expect to pay for the quality!

We came here for the special, on Tuesday, March 5th at 7:45pm and were told that they aren’t doing the special anymore…. Even though it’s listed on their website as a special until 9pm, and was on the menu at the register. The Al Pastor was fine but the other tacos were great. Would definitely come back for the food if they were more honest about their special pricing but this was our first time and it doesn’t make me want to come back.

I wouldn’t even rate a one star because this is the second time I come and that same cashier which is the girl with the tattoos, has an attitude. Not a friendly person at all and we were really nice. So change cashiers with better service and maybe I’ll come again!

I don’t know how this place isn’t a bib gourmand. Hands down the best tacos in Chicago. Periodt. The tortillas are made fresh for each order, and the duck carnitas are nothing short of ecstasy. Are they pricey? Yup! Are they worth it? Hell ya! I’ve eaten tacos all over Mexico City and these are just as good. Recs: Duck Carnitas, Asada, cod flautas, guac, really almost anything.

it is Taco Tuesday! So definitely some of the best tacos in the city. The duck taco is amazing! The pastor is fab. I love their rojo sauce. Just out of this world good. I’ve only ever had their take out. There is a patio with heat lamps that looks charming. The churros are delicious. I’ve never had a bad taco from here. Just love this place. Cheesy cochi taco is so good, it’s like birria but better with cheese.
