i've tried a lot of tacos in rogers park and taqueria hernandez has THE best asada tacos in the neighborhood and it's very affordable. service was amazing. can't wait to come back :)

I always get steak tacos and they are delicious. Very flavorful and good serving size. They also have good horchata, although a bit sweet. Also it was my friends birthday and they gave him a lit up rose!

Stopped in for a steak burrito. Delicious! The steak was tender and seasoned just right. Ingredients were fresh. Great price. Friendly staff. Definitely try this place.

Extremely racist establishment. We, a Black couple, walked in and were very obviously ignored by the workers when we tried asking if they were open since someone was standing by the door almost like they were locking up. We figured no one heard us and proceeded to look at a menu. No one acknowledged or even made eye contact with us during this time but when a white person walked in after us, they greeted him right away and asked him what he wanted to order. We walked out immediately. Very disappointing for Rogers Park.
