We have been visiting the restaurant for more than 1 year, in the last 2 months we have come more than 3 times, and everything is very bad, we do not know if they changed the kitchen staff since the flavor has changed greatly, starting with the horchata water, the ugly fatties, tasteless, the simple guacamole!
Bad attention! We requested about 4 times extra lemons and obviously "they forgot"
The changes should be for the better....

Great place to eat with your family or go out on a date, the meal options are great the portions are adequate. I typically go with my husband and we’re more than satisfied equally with the food, drinks, and customer service. The waitresses are very nice and helpful. The place is very eye-catching with the paintings and mural art that surround the place. The bathrooms are kept very clean and have recently been remodeled. Overall as a child shopping in the other part of the store looking into the restaurant and dreaming of one day eating here my expectations have been met and I do not regret eating here and will keep coming back for more!

Worker on the phone was rude when we called. Was rude when we picked up the food, gave me attitude when I asked for extra salsa. Then, the gordita we had asked for less meat with extra cheese came out like this when we got home. A mountain of meat and no cheese to be found. They don’t even give this much when you pay for extra meat so we know they did it on purpose! Never again, we’ll stick to the good one on 26th street.
Over all. We waited an hour for something that we decided to cancel. They acknowledged my husband. But not me. I respected myself 6 times. Between two waitresses. Other people after us. We’re served promptly. Over all it sucked. My husband got grossed out from the food he got. I cancelled mine. After the 2nd waitress asked about my order. Sirven para nada. Yeap,
Gorditas were bomb! Been coming here for so many times but now they're not putting enough meat or even cheese and beans on the gorditas!!Prices went up and the quality went bad!! Ridiculous! Thin Gordita! More like Flaquita!
La Chiquita never disappoints, I have been going there for years but hadn't been there since Covid started. I was there last week Wednesday ( we had 3 caldos de res) and the young man that took care of us was so professional and helpful...Thank you for the tortilla chips!
Little pricey but worth it
