Cashier person was extremely rude at Pilsen location. Turned me away because tables were reserved. Didn’t give me the option to order something to go. She became confrontational with me and almost pushed me out. Very disappointed. Will not go there again.

The tacos weren’t that’s great. Tortillas were cold and just wasn’t that great overall. Basic tacos you can get anywhere . Not impressed

Milanesa no longer milanesa looked like a smash beef patty breaded and tasted like a burger, sad to see the quality of the food declining.

Sadly, the food was TERRIBLE!
We eat at Comales often (Joliet) the food there has tons of flavor, we always leave happy. The Comales on 26th street was the worst food I have had this entire year. The beans had ZERO taste. The salsas were BAD. The tacos de tripa had ZERO taste. The chips were not what we are accustom to. In the Joliet location we always get 2 orders of chips, nos vamos con mas ganas de more of the delicious beans, the salsas are always on point, y no se diga de los tacos.....great tasting. Sadly, all I ended up consuming at the 26th location was a licuado de chocolate. My poor daughter didn't eat anything (she was the reason we decided to go to Comales because she expected the chips and salsa to be great, but as I stated, that was FAIL.) I was offered to get different tacos, but I denied. The food at this particular location use to be amazing. I'm not sure what happened with the sazon, but we will definitely not return. The waitress was great though.

Very nice place but they're low staffed but they couldn't get my order right it was a veggie burrito with egg but the lady who took my order just gave me a ham and egg breakfast burrito but without the ham and with egg. All my burrito had was eggs rice cheese egg and lettuce. I have to wait like 20min for it, it still tasted pretty good and they were nice but my order just wasn't what I asked for
