One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Chicago. They are known for that soup thing but im simple and boring. All thier food is great.

This place was the spot its hit or miss now depending on the cook i notice new cooks here recently i got skimpy al pastor tacos last week and today a sloppy burrito with very little meat might be time to move on from this place

I don’t know if it’s the hype or what but this place fell off. The salsas were sour, like they had been sitting there for a while and past their prime. The Al pastor tacos had little to no flavor, not like their usual seasoning. We had to repeat our order three times because they kept forgetting things. To top it off… one of the waiters cleaned his shoes with the same rag he was cleaning tables, then proceeded to clean another table with the same rag. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I’m really hoping this was an off day. Let’s hope they don’t let what took decades to build go because of the social media hype they received over the last few years. This was one of my go to restaurants every time I visited Chicago, but now it’s crossed off the list. I will not be coming back, with so many options this is no longer one.

Food and drinks were very good only problem were that the waiter treated us differently than her other customers because we are younger but everything else was fine. Only accepts cash but has an atm inside.

I hadn't gone for about 5 years, yesterday I went and what an amazing meal 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 the meat for the tacos 🌮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 very expensive for what it is

Pretty decent taco spot in an area with lots of options for Mexican food. Ate in for a light lunch today. Had a steak and a chicken taco and added avocado to both. I preferred the steak over the chicken but both were good. Both red and green salsas were good. Service was great.
