We came here because this place was recommended to us. The service is bad and slow, idk if someone called off or this is the usual staff. The food was not what expected, the huarache was hard and tasted a lot of garlic. You can sit wherever you want but most of the tables are not clean. Appreciate whatever service we got, but this is not the place.

I've always had people telling me to go this place because their food is great. I placed an order to go for my family. The asada tacos were ok. The asada torta was as small as my fist with little meat and the alpastor meat in the huarache was bland and burnt. The place was empty so that was probably a hint. I tried it and not going back.

Rolled into Taqueria Tayahua for dinner and grabbed a plate of carne asada tacos with a horchata on the side. Tacos came out hot, meat was seasoned well and the tortillas tasted fresh—super filling too. Salsa’s got a nice kick without blowing your head off. Spot feels very no-frills, more of a neighborhood joint than anything fancy, but that’s the charm. Service was quick even though it was busy.

ordered 2 carne asada burritos take out and it was embarrassing to say the least. the meat was very low quality. 1 of the burritos had onions for some reason, although not listed or ordered. the portions were laughable a small portion of beans and 0 rice. burrito was so small and flappy it was like a skinny chipotle burrito. Like I ordered extra meat and istg the burrito was less meat than chipotles normal portion. The burrito was also like 50% lettuce and super flappy this was terrible. smallest skinniest burrito i’ve ever gotten at a mexican joint.

Came here a few times before writing this review and their steak tacos are very consistent (and DELICIOUS). The Margaritas weren’t strong at all and even with an additional shot of tequila, it didn’t taste like there was any liquor in it. It won’t let me upload the videos of my food for some strange reason, so all I have is a photo of the menu I took.
I would personally recommend their steak tacos!

Came for a graduation dinner. I ordered a torta de pollo, there was little chicken, and the tortas were small and plain tasting. They are the size of a single hand. The salsas are okay, but mid, they aren't spicy.

I'm so disappointed there food is usually boom! N portions are amazing but today I decided to order Uber eats! And got the smallest burritos of my life ! The size of a Damm taco you got to be kidding me!! Idn who cooked the food today but I was so mad during lunch time!! Because it was more tortilla than anything !!! I'm 4'11 with super tiny hands!! Bro this burrito was the size of my Damm hand 😭😭😭 like why y'all do me like this.
