I understand enough Spanish to know what "travesta" means, your employees should at least wait for customers to leave the restaurant before they start talking trash about them...

The food is simply DELICIOUS!! My husband ordered some Quesabirrias that were delicious and I ordered super crunchy tripa tacos with very finely chopped onions and cilantro, I loved that! The restaurant is very nice and the bathrooms are very clean. The girl who served us was super friendly and nice. DEFINITELY 10/10!

I ordered there several times before. Food was always decent. I ordered gordita and 2 tocos today. Food tasted totally different, not as good as usual. I think they might have changed cooks. There is a lot more oil in the food. It's not really good. I'm really disappointed.

Great food. They give you soup and chips when you dine in and some great black hot sauce. I eat here frequently.

I’ve ordered food from this location on UberEats four times now, each time a different item or combo, and at this point I can honestly say that everything here is made using sauce or ingredients from a can. Nothing is authentic, which is a huge letdown. Everything tastes old, too, like it’s been defrosted when someone orders it. The caldo de pollo I ordered once had that unfrozen taste to it, and I couldn’t eat it. I had to request a refund from UberEats. But I decided to post this review after receiving my chilaquiles this morning just sloshed all around inside the bag. It was a mess! And the salsa for the chilaquiles- once again- tasted like it came from a can. The tortillas were soggy, and the restaurant is only 0.5 miles from my house! I love supporting local businesses that provide food from my culture because it is so hard to find here in the city, but this is the last time I order from this restaurant. I’m deeply disappointed. I will say that their only saving grace is the tres leches cake slices that my roommates and I have enjoyed on a couple of occasions; that has been consistently delicious. But this restaurant needs to learn not to offer menu items that they have to keep deep in the freezer until someone orders it! Just take it off the menu altogether. It’s not that difficult!

Delish. A must go. Fast and reliable service. Excellent food. Love walking in from the cold and greeted at the table with their warm soup, tortilla chips, and amazing salsa.

Our group ordered the pescado, chile relleno, camaron, birria, al pastor, and chorizo tacos. Everyone really liked their food and all 3 salsas were very flavorful. I look forward to going back

Been coming here many many years, since my kids were toddlers. They are 12 & 13 now, and love the food, especially the soup w/ the tiny noodles & their infamous black salsa they serve with our meals. So basically, I go there for my kids. My take on the food is so-so, just average if I’m super hungry like I was today. I’ve definitely had better Mexican food in my day tbh. Never had an experience to prompt a review though until today. I spent over $60 on lunch for the three of us, and of course the kiddos didn’t finish their food. I asked for the check and a to-go container, as I’ve always done in the past. On my bill, I noticed a $2 Misc charge. When I asked the waitress what that charge was for, she told me that it was for the to-go box, said the mgr told her to add it on. Not once was this mentioned prior to her bringing the box, nor has this charge ever appeared on my bill before. What kind of food establishment charges customers for to-go containers, especially adding it in as a hidden miscellaneous charge? If it was the start of a new policy, a little heads up or explanation would’ve been nice. But adding it to my bill hoping I wouldn’t notice is not right. I asked if this also applies to carry out and delivery orders as well, since those would definitely require to-go containers, multiple even. Of course, no real answer, just an awkward smile and shoulder shrug. This small gesture of theirs really left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if I want to to spend my $$ on this place again. FYI TO anyone who is looking to dine in here, don’t forget to bring your own Tupperware for leftovers!
