The tasting menu is delicious and so creative! You definitely get what you pay for. This is my second time eating here and i left very full! I love the duck Numidian and chai, but all of the dishes are so unique and comforting! Good variety, too. Service is also excellent! A very unique dining experience!

At the Chef's Counter, we had an up close observation of how the food is prepared for service, and the chance to talk with the chefs whose genuine enthusiasm for their food and guests made us feel like family. The chefs and staff met our dietary restrictions with smiles, and our birthday celebration with candles and photos. Those seated at tables were given as much attention. The tasting menu masterfully showcased bold flavors and pleasing textures while maintaining an ease and approachability uncommon in high end restaurants. The James Beard recognition is a no brainer.

One of the best dinners I have ever had. We have spent years in India and have often thought that a South Asian fusion would be tremendous, and here it is... in a very outstanding way. The courses were all well thought out and executed. The first course was our least favorite, but was still good. The wine pairings were exceptional, really exceptional. Cocktail pairings were good and interesting, but paled in comparison to the wine pairings. The service was attentive, informative, and excellent. We loved contact with the chef, who is a genius with his creations. I would love to come back if ever in Chicago again!
