The people here are so friendly great customer service the food is amazing the housemaid cream cheese is to die for it's so good the bagels you literally have to take a bite out of one of them to taste how amazing they are

These are not good NY-style bagels... The basic definition of a bialy is that it doesn't have a hole in the middle - the one I got here was mostly hole and barely any bread. The sandwiches were served on cold bagels, not toasted, tasted stale. The turkey bacon was gummy and soggy. Won't be back here!

The coffee is decent. I ordered the Reuben, it came with bread completely untoasted and cheese completely solid and unmelted. It is pretty clear these folks take 0 pride in these recipes and it’s a complete JOKE to call this place “taste of New York”

What an awesome bagel spot in the neighborhood! The Jalapeño spread is amazing and spicy for people who love their spice. The bagel itself was so tasty, I could honestly have it alone. The staff were so nice and welcoming! I just moved to the neighborhood but will definitely be a spot I come to regularly for bagels and more!

Great atmosphere, service and good music. Very good prices. We asked ourselves and in order of the ones we liked the most:- Brooklyn Bridge: fresh combination with a touch of smoked bacon. Ideal for summer.- Bushwick: very warm turkey sausage for the cold day we had. Very balanced flavor and the egg is just right.- Williams: combination of bacon, egg and lots of cheese. Scrambled eggs a little overcooked.

Be careful walking in, there's a step up after opening the door. I've seen many people stumble to regain their footing. Once inside, everything offered is great and reasonably priced. Personally, TONY is my "go to" for chive/scallion cream cheese. I haven't found a better one anywhere in Chicago. I usually opt for a onion, garlic or everything bagel with lox, tomato and sliced red onion. They alao have excellent made in-house juices!
