I'm sure this is a great place if you are into spicy food. I went with friends and the only non spicy dish recommended by my server was so bland it had no taste whatsoever.

Food is very good and big portions. Little disappointed my first choice for both entree and dessert were not available. Make sure to read the story on the menu and take in the items on the wall.

I moved into the neighborhood a while back, and I’ve been meaning to try Taste of Peru for a long time and I finally took the time and visited. It was a great experience, the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The space is small but it doesn’t feel cramped. The energy and ambiance is calming. Also the food was Amazing! I can’t wait to go back and visit.

We had my husband’s birthday party catered by Taste of Peru recently and it was AMAZING!!! We already knew the food was outstanding from our past experiences here… always so flavorful, so perfectly prepared, outstanding. EVERY dish brought was so tasty and so flavorful and all guests (even the picky little ones) loved it. We had more than enough food and guests got an incredible experience. Best Peruvian food in the city, imo, and some of the best FOOD in the city, PERIOD! …Oh and definitely try the Ceviche! :)

Likely one of the worst ceviches I've ever had. The side of yuca were dry, burned to a crisp in some parts, no sauce. The causa was probably the best out of the tree. Size was too large and although that may sound good, causa is not supposed to be a large serving, it is not able to be executed well at a large serving size. The woman taking the orders seemed upset to be working there. At a $50 price tag for the meal, you can instead go to any restaurant and have a better meal.
