I feel sorry to post this comment but it's my civic duty to bring this matter to the management. I dined and ordered carry out for last Saturday 17th Jan. The cashier charged me 40 dollars extra. The haleem Togo was old and stale. The meat dishes were only bones. It is haram to steal money and deceive customers with old food. I request the management (Faizan) to connect with me to resolve this issue. Front desk staff was very unprofessional and unethical behavior. The food used to be very delicious before but it's going downhill now.

Tawakkul Restaurant on Devon Avenue is one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Chicago. The food quality was very poor, the taste was disappointing, and the hygiene standards did not seem acceptable.
I would strongly advise Indian and people from other countries not to visit this restaurant. There are many better options on Devon Avenue with good food and service. This place did not meet basic expectations.

The food here is really good and authentically Hyderabadi. Every dish feels true to the flavors, and the Chicken 65 is especially delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Definitely worth a visit.
