Decent food but they force gratuity on you and I don't appreciate extortion.

Was a busy night on New Year’s Eve. Ambience and service is great. The food was very delicious and had a wide variety of flavors. Server helped us with picking up a wine as they had a big selection of wines. If you’re looking for something outside of regular Greek food then definitely check them out for a unique experience. Can be a little pricey.

Truly wonderful food in an elegant atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable service. It is fine dining with heart. The grilled octopus is fabulous, the soups have incredible depth of flavor, and their artichoke small plate with fava beans and fingerling potatoes was simple and delicious. I love fava beans, but these were next level: fresh, incredibly tender, and a simple but enchanting flavor. All the dishes were like that -- the ingredients were fresh and the seasonings were sophisticated and perfectly matched so the result was phenomenal food. They also have incredible mastika jelly -- not on the menu but those who know, know.
This is authentic and modern Greek dining at the highest level: cosmopolitan, polished, and innovative like a world-class city, but with the warm heart and incredible freshness that comes from being grounded in the bountiful countryside.

Always enjoy coming here for the great food & service! This time though, my one and only qualm, is about the lamb chops. The dish is only supposed to come with two (2) chops but when we received our order, we were given three (3) chops and told that since the first two were a bit underweight, the chef just added a third chop to our plate. Sounds nice, right? Not really. Because we got charged for the third chop even though we never asked for it! It's only $8 for that additional chop but please don't make it sound like you're doing us a favor when in reality, you did it to upcharge us and pad the 20% gratuity that's already included in the check. I'll be coming back because the food is just that good, but I'll be sure to only state that we only want 2 chops next time.
A beautiful meal, great ambiance, delightful staff. We had sea bass and lamb chops that were perfectly cooked.

Best authentic Greek food in Chicago! Fabulous rooftop and relaxed knowledgeable service. Opa!
This place has an amazing rooftop that's reminiscent of New York. The food was actually extremely flavorful and fresh, portions were a bit on the smaller side. But the most egregious part of our experience was the service. When we sat at a table, it took at least 15 minutes to be greeted. We had to ask for menus, ask for plates. Everything was slow, and on top of it the attitudes of the staff were oddly flippant. As a fellow service industry worker, it takes a lot for me to write this kind of review, but it was outrageous. Wish I would've known before spending our Friday night here. Would possibly order again as take out, but probably not.
The food was amazing and the service on the roof was great. I got the impression it was the owner who was running things upstairs. However, multiple groups walked in at 7:45 /8:00 and were greeted in the downstairs by an equally annoyed expression from the employees. I guess they close at 9and I'm assuming they were annoyed people showed up before closing (even though it was an hour before and I had a reservation.) when I checked online, they still offered reservations until 8:45. Everything else was amazing, but it was really off putting. Enough so that I would think twice about going back.
Delicious!! Try it… = )

It was nothing to write home about. This restaurant decided to make tip part of their bill. Each item has a 20% tip added to it (it’s printed on their menu) no matter the size of the party. The place is louder than any train station or airport- even when it cleared out it was echoing. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday (party of 5) we told the waitress, ordered 4 different desserts - not one of them had a candle or sparkler - they forgot… honey with the coffee didn’t come either.
Please don’t believe the waitress if she tells you those are all small plates! We ordered 4 dishes, one soup and one small plate (cauliflower) and we finished it and didn’t take anything home. Those are normal portions! The itself food was ok. The chicken soup and roasted cauliflower were most likely the dishes that stood out. The duck was not noticeable in the dish, the skewer very tough meat… one of the worst pita breads ever. it’s a place to try but not something to come back to.
