I usually never write reviews, but the guy attending my friend and I was the sweetest! He thanked us for ordering, and honestly made my day. I know we got there around closing time and he still made sure to serve us excellently. I hope nothing for the best for this establishment and hope it gets the recognition it deserves. I ordered the Passion Fruit Tea with Lime and Lychee Jelly, while my friend ordered the strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba. We loved our drinks, and the food was so good too. Definitely recommend if you're just shopping by Block 37!

My first time trying Jian, which is apparently a popular Chinese street food. So yummy!

Great Boba and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Worth taking this route from the airport to downtown just to stop here. Food was excellent.

Hidden gem if you are craving Chinese street food in the Loop. It’s in the basement of Block 37 so it’s somewhat out of sight. Great selection for Jianbing (a savory eggy crepe dish with crispy cracker and protein, vegg of your choice as filling). It’s a good size for lunch or big snack. The tea option is also great. Not a lot of seating and phone signal is terrible in the basement tho..

We got the dirty taro and dirty mango. It was very refreshing and delicious.

It’s really good and the people are so nice. It’s not cheap so it’s definitely something I treat myself with, not a regular haunt.

Tea Monster has really great bubble tea. I got Lime & Passion Fruit Green (C1) and it was quite refreshing! The lid is also the best lid I’ve ever seen for bubble tea. It’s not a soft plastic lid that you puncture. It’s a hard top and it makes sure you won’t have any spillage at all.

Definitely recommend it, traditional jianbing is the best! Excellent Service!

Had a mango / passion fruit tea with boba. Was alright but not worth 7$. Nothing special.
