Took my daughter here for boba tea and tried the ube matcha and Oreo donuts. Everything was very tasty and the presentation was excellent. Clearly a lot of care goes into the drinks and desserts.
That said, table and floor maintenance needs more attention. I understand the challenges with snow and wet weather, but keeping floors dry should be a priority—not only for a presentable food establishment, but for customer safety due to slippery conditions.
Overall, great flavors and quality, with room for improvement on cleanliness and safety.

Simply wouldn’t come here again. The girl ‘Olesia’ was rude and was on her phone the whole time. I also got two tanghulus but one of them was bad and mushy. I liked the donuts but your staff attitude and lack of sense makes me not want to come back. Sorry not sorry.

Talk about an amazing stop while on the go!! So many delicious drinks! Highly suggest the Brûlée ube organic milk drink, with oat milk!!
And please don’t skip on the mochi donut!! The ube and chocolate are go die for!

The store constantly have issues - bathroom always closed and stinking and the overall store smells like poop from time to time and I know management team won’t do about it. Won’t be coming back.

Waited 25 minutes for a $35 order, only to receive it packed in a loose bag with poorly fitting lids. The drinks spilled all over my car. Completely unacceptable for takeout.
If you order here, do not get multiple drinks to go. For comparison, Uni Uni right next door seals their drinks properly and avoids this issue entirely. Packaging matters, and this place fails at a basic standard.

Drove an hour to come here. 3d time they are out of her favorite dessert. Place is super dirty and all the tables are filthy. And garbages were full and garbage was falling out.. floor is dirty.. idk who the gm is but the young ladies in the back were just hiding and not working. Place is going down the drain bc no one cares. Will just find another place to go. What a shame.
