NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. Coffee was fine; every establishment that serves beverages should have a restroom available for customers.

I love coming here especially in the summer! The staff is always super friendly and they have the BEST matcha and pastries(: Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Delicious bakes! We highly enjoyed the citrus pound cake and doughnuts (Fridays only). The tea is also freshly made from loose leaves it seems, not your usual tea bag tea. Owner is incredibly friendly, with jovial and welcoming greetings from the moment you step in, and follow ups on if you enjoyed the food.Space doesn't have many tables so just enough for a quick sit down for your drinks or bakes.Recommended if you're in the area and would like a good tea!

I really wished so more after reading the reviews. Still giving low 4 stars because I feel it was just not a good day and these are easy fixes. Here are my recommendations to make it way better. I did enjoy the friendlyness of the barista. I would clean up the place a little, I feel that the big freezer in the middle of the place distrupts the decor. I would not run a violent movie on the TV, i was expecting lounge music or the news at least. I was dinning in so i was expecting to have reusable dishes instead of plastics trowable containers and cardboard cup for my tea. I would not leave the cinamon buns in the pan, for mine had a metalic taste. Also the barista had to open the doors to let the smoke out at one point. So i was smoked in and freezing. Just a bad day I guess. I'll give them a second chance if I ever return to that area.Wheelchair accessibility: Straight from the street

The worst $9 I have ever spent, I’m very disappointed with this bad customer service, never heard that you can heat coffee with a steamer because it’s cold, afternoon shift is very unprofessional, management needs to pay attention to this. It’s my first time and it’s going to be last time.

Best coffee spot in the south loop- the staff is extremely friendly, and the tea flavor selection is literally insane. Like over 30 flavors to choose from, including some more exotic ones. Baked goods (scones, pastries, etc) homemade daily and absolutely DELICIOUS. Not very much room to sit in for coffee, but a south loop gem nonetheless

I stopped by here on a Wednesday, mid-day. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. The owner was spectacular and so kind. I got the vanilla bean iced tea and the turkey sausage egg and cheese and everything was AMAZING. the tea is not just your normal Lipton tea. Its a million times better. Another plus is that they're black woman owned. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back!

Oatmilk Chai tea latte was absolutley fantastic! The Mixed Berry Coffee Cake is to die for (especially when it's warm)! I appreciate the warm customer service that feels personal and genuine.Vegetarian options: Mostly pastries but I look forward to a vegetarian breakfast sandwich being offered soon.Parking: I've never had trouble finding a parking space within 50 feet.

They had me in and out in like 5mins! The sandwich was amazing—the croissant on the sandwich was flaky and fresh, the sausage was hot and melted the cheese—egg was on point. I will be coming back to this place—what a gem!

I had a banana bread and small coffee. Both were very good.Atmosphere at the place is really cool too. On my way out I asked if I could use the restroom and was told "No restroom", so plan accordingly.
