The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean, with Taiwanese and Japanese cultural influences shown by the decorations and the Asian shows playing on the TV. They offer multiple milk options to accommodate dietary restrictions and adjustments with sweetness levels. Customers can enjoy the fun punch card program, where the 10th drink is free. Many consider it their favorite restaurant and a new addiction. Ten Cafe now fulfills takoyaki cravings, served piping hot with Japanese mayo, bonito flakes, takoyaki sauce, and gorgeous squid inside. They specialize in bubble tea and rolled ice cream, with a variety of teas, both herbal and fruity teas as well as ice blends. The matcha ice blend with boba was very flavorful. The store has recently renovated and added two rows of gacha machines, which is a really fun place for teens.
