Well I’m not gonna be the person to not give an outstanding review. Aguas frescas are actually fresh. The owner is actively helping. Tacos are almost as good as in the south side lol. No puedes esperar más de una taqueria. Todo está bueno.

The owner made us try every single juice they had available before ordering and explained with patience what every single dish was - also made his (honestly great) recommendations. Easily best food I've had in Chicago and best Mexican food I've had in my life. Most things are not spicy! That was a huge plus for me.

The owner was very welcoming and kind. He explained the whole menu to us in detail. Every element was absolutely delicious and made with love. The guava fresca was very refreshing and not too sweet. They had the best guacamole we’ve had in Chicago. The quesabirria, gobernador burrito, and carne en su jugo were also fantastic. I recommend dining in.

My best friend and I decided to try this place for lunch. We loved it. Jose was wonderful and recommended menu items to try. We had the queso birria, pulpo (octopus), and suadero (brisket) tacos. He also had us try the different juices which were also delicious. My favorite was the limon and my friend tried the passion fruit limon. We later came back with friends. Definitely recommend coming here. It won't disappoint.
