Service was extremely disappointing. We had a 7:15 RSVP and were seated around 7:20, which was a great start. We promptly ordered drinks, food, and an appetizer. After an hour, only the drinks had arrived—no appetizer. We followed up with our waitress after noticing that tables seated after us were already receiving their appetizers, and the delay was blamed on the kitchen. We checked in again about 15 minutes later and still blame on the kitchen was placed. By the time our main dishes arrived, we asked that the appetizer not be brought out at all. Throughout the evening, it felt like our table was ignored while other tables were consistently checked on. Although the restaurant was busy, it was not packed, and our waitress often appeared idle rather than attending to guests or following up on orders. To add to the frustration, at the end of the meal we asked for flan, (we were celebrating a birthday) only to be told it was unavailable— The menus have not been updated, which further reflects the lack of attention to detail. Overall, the experience made it clear that this place prioritizes the atmosphere, shots, and show over attentive service and food execution. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and care significantly took away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. (Photos attached of time and only drinks on the table)

Last year we waited two hours to be seated, so this year we made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. We were seated at 5:30 PM, ordered our food at 6:00 PM, and did not receive our food until 7:20 PM. When we placed our order, we were told they were out of seafood. We completely understand being out of certain items, but being out of nearly everything we asked for is not normal. However, we then saw other tables around us being served shrimp and octopus. Around 7:00 PM, we asked to speak with the manager and were told our food would be “right out.” We never received all of our dishes, and we were informed by the manager that our bill would be taken care of and that he would speak with us after we finished eating. After we finished, we asked again to speak with the manager, but instead we were handed our bill. We were still being charged for food we never received. We don't mind paying for our meal, but we will not pay for items that were never served. We also tried to order dessert and were going to pay for it. We had asked our server what dessert they had and she told us they had cheesecake, flan, and fried ice cream. When we finished eating we asked if we could order the fried ice cream and were later told they were out of everything except tres leches which wasn't even an option the first time we asked. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. We've been here before and come back because the food is good but we will not be returning during any holidays😂

This was by far the worst experience I've had! Service was HORRIBLE. Food took over 2 hours. Was never checked up on. And unnecessary charges were added on to the tab. Automatically added tip and we were only a party of 5. Will not be returning.

Great customer service! The attentive, engaging and friendly they were with all my guest at the table was a plus! Food was delicious, affordable and its portions are huge 😍 good for left overs. The drinks were also great choices . The live music was the cherry on the top. Had all of us singing and enjoying the great performances.

Desde recepción pésima Atención La chica fue mala educada contestando forma grosera, Al llegar mi hora de reservacion nos pasaron a una mesa donde estaba sucia y llena de agua Realizamos nuestra orden y tardo mas de 40 minutos en llegar Pedimos diferentes platillos y la carne era muy chica y quemada el guacamole que traía el platillo fue poco el arroz traía cascaras de camaron los frijoles fríos las bebidas pesimas El servicio de la mesera fue desagradable le Pedimos varias veces agua y siempre se le olvidaba Ambiente pésimo y para acabar los baños a de las mujeres tapados todos sucios Y la verdad el señor que tienen vendiendo Flores HASTA SE MOLESTABA SI UNO NO LE COMPRABA A mi experiencia jamás regresaría a este restaurante Una mala elección en una fecha especial Decepcion absoluta

The food was the most authentic Mexican food I've had in a very long time. The flour tortillas hands are the perfect compliment to all the dishes . Even though it was Valentine's Day the food came out perfect . Service was a little slow but you can expect that on a holiday . Waitress could have been more efficient. We will be back

We went for my moms birthday. Took more than 2 hours for my food to arrive and it was not communicated about what was happening with our food, until we asked. Drinks also to long to come. Waitress took long to check in on the table. Since we left before eating, my mom did not get the cake with candle. I still asked for it but by the time it arrived half of the family had to leave so they were not present to sing to her. It ruined the celebration.

The food was amazing! I loved my Chavela cold dish with octopus and shrimp, the 10oz ribeye was filling and delicious, the chicken, milanesa, and shrimp platillos were tasty and large in portion. The pina colada drinks were sweet and decadent. The service is longer in wait, but we can tell it's because they take their time with each family coming in to celebrate, including ours! Thank you for making our mother's birthday a special and memorable celebration ! Would recommend to friends.

Overall, the food was delicious. I feel like you get your moneys worth with the breakfast at least. My only issue was the server, he never offered my mom more coffee or me more water. He also didn't give us the change and I get it was only like $.60 but you can't just assume that somebody's going to give you the change. My mom is the one that paid. She's an older woman, so she was definitely taken back, she just gave it as part of his tip. We had never had a restaurant do that before.... Keep the change. I know there's a shortage in pennies, but it was way more than a couple of pennies and most places that are short on pennies have told us like oh by the way, I only have one penny to give you or so-and-so. He just dropped it on the table and walked away. It was kind of weird also because they have a window where they can see you and we felt him staring at us so I just made us want to leave because we felt like he was rushing us.

The restaurant was closed. However, I was still able to make a reservation through Open Table. Their website was also taking reservations. Major oversight to not turn off ability to make reservations over Open Table. We don't live in the area. We travelled from far away just to see it closed when we arrived.

Made our reservations at 1:00pm but when we got there and tried ordering certain foods waitress told us that they were closing at 2:00pm and menu and drinks were limited. Very disappointing.
