The service was fantastic the day I was there 2/13/26. Ordered in person. Ordered rangoon, pot stickers, fried rice, chicken fried rice bowl (with specific vegetables only) side of noodles, extra side of fried rice and was all cooked great!! The order took about 10-12 minutes which is exactly what they said when I ordered it. Very nice staff. Would order again from this location.

This was my first time trying Teriyaki Madness Fresh Asian Grill, and as a very picky eater, I was honestly impressed. I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl with veggies and fried rice, and everything tasted amazingly good. The broccoli was fresh, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, and the spice level was just right—light but still spicy 🌶️. Nothing was overpowering, just really well balanced. I truly have no complaints. Yumm tumm good! I’ll definitely be ordering again. 🥳

Wow!!! very very surprised! DELICIOUS! stopped in on a whim and i’m so glad i did. I got the regular chicken teriyaki bowl and the portion was more than enough. Chicken was tender and flavorful and the veggies were cooked perfect!

They're ridiculously expensive and not at all worth the price. The portions are tiny in comparison to the price and they're hardly any better than panda express but more than double the price. The food tasted fine but I'm not paying their prices again.

Removing one star because they don’t have a way to scan the Teriyaki Madness rewards app, you have to scan your receipt after the fact, which hasn’t worked when I’ve tried.
Wish they offered non-meat eggrolls. (They only have chicken egg rolls and I am vegetarian)
Bowl included one free side of Teriyaki sauce and one free pack of siracha in the bag. They had forks and chopsticks and napkins over by the beverage station.
This place is sooo good! I come here some days after class and it always hits the spot.

Ordered two bowls, both two proteins each. Took nearly 30 mins to make, definitely will order ahead next time. Got home and my second bowl was missing the steak. Called them, they apologized and said to come back in at my convenience and they will remake it. They did in fact make another one free of charge the following week. Food is good, steak is great. Crab Rangoon’s were just ok. Will come back

This is my GO TO place whenever I want fresh, clean and delicious food! The prices are beyond reasonable. Their food is absolutely delicious! Their service is great, always happy to serve one, which is an essential. Imagine, you have loving and caring people preparing and cooking your food that you will eat, the energy their pour is the energy you will receive once eaten. Overall, I would rate that 20/10 because they are beyond GREAT. Thank you for your delicious food and God Bless.
