Waited almost an hour to put the food order in (arrived 6:30pm) and then an additional 30min for the first course to arrive which was soup. Server was very kind but no explanation for delay or apologies.
We had such a 5 Star experience at Terrace 16. We've been there several times and the experience is always next level but the staff went above and beyond this time around as this was our first time as future residents of the building. Thank you for 5 Star service and champagne to help us celebrate our future home.
Friendly service. The steak tartare was delicious. The s'mores dessert was a great way to end the evening.
Absolutely fabulous food. Drinks are a bit pricey but the ambience and food made it worth it.
Overall, we liked our experience but the food options were limited. At 2pm they still served brunch and didn't allow a lunch option. I took my girls with me and they enjoyed it and the pricing was reasonable. I would come back for the views but not the food
This is a hotel restaurant. Very expensive and while view is amazing, you get families, babies, tourist and everything else; so too risky for date night. Music was heavy EDM for brunch. Not ideal.
A wonderful Christmas night experience. We asked for special and we got treated like royalty. Thank you
Mucho ruido, aún con reserva tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos para sentarnos. Vistas invcreibles, comida cara pero no muy buena.
I came for my birthday and I run late I called them and they responded to me beautiful the food was good and the services was on point the waiter that assisted us was so cool . Looking forward for more experience
Food and service are always great here - even delivered our desert to our hotel room so we didn't have to "take it to go"!

We hit heavy traffic and arrived well past our reservation time, but the staff assured us our table would be held for the evening—and they honored that promise. We genuinely enjoyed the food, and our server was attentive, warm, and professional. We also loved being able to step out onto the terrace for drinks and the view; it was absolutely beautiful. The reason for the lower rating is the dress code. The website clearly states “business casual & chic casual — we may turn guests away,” and this was also reiterated in the confirmation email. I was surprised, however, to see guests in hoodies and jeans when we arrived. I don't personally mind a relaxed dress code, but it was confusing to see such strict messaging not enforced in practice. At this price point—especially with water costing $60 alone—there is an expectation of a more consistently upscale atmosphere. It's a lovely place with great service and food, but the mixed signals around dress code were disappointing.
Me hicieron esperar 40 minutos por mi mesa. La comida no está nada buena, la sirven fría y seca. Las bebidas son malísimas, no son originales.
The server didn't follow the instructions about the food I ordered and charged extra for things I didn't asked. Over all it was a good experience just a bit more attention to details given the place and price.
Absolutely incredible service and food! Everything homemade. Best Italian meal since I've been in Italy!
Un lugar elegante , sobrio y de muy buen gusto. Te atienden de maravilla y los huevos Benedictinos fueron los más sabrosos de todos los restaurantes donde los probé
