The WORST bar with the WORST customer service I’ve ever been to.
The waiter was extremely rude to our group of about 10 people. He was calling one of the guys I was with a girl because of his hair and making fun of my facial expressions as I was speaking to him by mocking them. I am very expressive when I talk and was mocked the entire time (& since he was mocking them, I made new expessions and was a cycle of mocked expressions). I was left crying.
We told the manager and all he did was stand there and grab the check for us. No acknowledgment of what occurred and still zero respect.
I highly, highly recommend you don’t come here and find a different bar in Chicago.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life and I was almost hospitalized because of it. I was ill for over four days and am still recovering. When we contacted the manager about it, they were rude and refused to accept accountability that it came from their food when it's the only thing I had eaten between eating their meal and getting sick. They were not helpful, kind or remorseful. For the past three years, this restaurant has been marked as "high" risk by the Chicago Department of Public Health. Not worth it. Go and don't eat, or go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant in Chicago. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. The food was abysmal. The cocktails were cheap and diluted despite the lofty price tag.

The haughty service staff aggressively declined to seat us due to my friend's service animal (distinct from an emotional service dog, with legal protections for public accommodation). In addition to going hungry this triggered a panic attack and my friend had to increase his dose of Zoloft.
