Went here on 11/15 and the food was terrible the chicken taste like it was old it's was dry the fries taste like it was reheated the service was horrible the waiter wasn't checking on us

Where to even begin. Started with a 15 min wait for a table in a fairly empty restaurant. Understandable if staffing is short as not to overwhelm them. Not so sure this was the case as after about another 15 minutes a waiter finally came to take our order. Since we had ample time to look over the menu we were fully ready to order. At about the same time a second server was confused as she believed it to be her table . Eddy attempted to continue to take our order and Tyanna politely went to the back and didn’t disturb the table so Eddy could continue taking the order. Part way through and in them middle of my dads order the manager Lorenzo rudely walked up to Eddy (not saying a word to anybody at the table, no excuse me or anything) and pointed at his seating chart and diverted his attention from my father who was mid sentence giving his order. When my dad said excuse me to him his only reply was “you’re ok”. The manager Lorenzo should have for one handled this in private without disturbing a table, two should have apologized to the table instead of giving them attitude the rest of the evening. I continued to watch him interrupt two other servers in mid order at other tables as well. Then after a long wait the food came, we had no silverware. Eddy went back to get it and after a five minute wait he came back with it. I joked that what happened you had to wash it first as he proceeded to tell me yes that was the case. Lorenzo has no business being in a management position as it was very obvious he cannot competently control the position or even provide basic tactfulness to the patrons or at least not run out of clean silverware during service. Kudos to the cooks and waitstaff for persevering through poor leadership!

We were a party of 4 and walked in around 3pm. The place wasn’t crowded but the establishment was clearly understaffed. I waited over 15min for just one drink before even placing our entrees. I didn’t bother placing more if it was gonna take that long again. It wasn’t our waitress’ fault as we saw her having to constantly juggle different tasks because they were understaffed. The food was super mediocre and some of the food was undercooked. This place used to be great but the service and food is now below average.
