I love Thai lagoon-- I ate there today solo just before the dinner rush on a weekday-- it was lively but not crowded-- perfect for my mood. the atmosphere is welcoming and I love that the service is attentive but not overbearing-- isn't that the worst? they even gifted me a little slice of cake and it made my day! it looks like the emoji cake slice!!

My husband and I went here for a last minute dinner plan. I had the green curry with tofu, and they did not skimp on amount of tofu and veggies. He had the pad see ew with shrimp. We also had the shrimp ahumado, papaya salad and Thai rolls for apps. Everything was super delicious. Immediately lived the vibes and background music playing! Both entrees were enough for us to take half home for left over meals. We will be going back for sure!

A reliable favorite of ours! You can never go wrong with the pad Thai, green Thai curry with tofu (my favorite!), or the crispy rice salad. We usually get delivery, but sometimes dine in for the lunch special, which is a good value as well.

Lady at the front desk doesn't even greet people.And every time there is a delivery, she always says it's five to ten minutes, no matter what is going on

I have ordered here regularly for 6 years , my go-to Thai. Sometimes inconsistent but when it’s good, it’s really good.
The issue: the past 4-5 times I have ordered delivery has taken over an HOUR and usually closer to 1.5 hours. We call. They always say it’s on their way. They use their own drivers. It’s important to note that I live a little less than a mile away. I’m in the same neighborhood. After years of being a customer I wanted to give them a chance, figured they were having an off day(s), etc. Sadly though, this will be the last time.

The food wasn’t great. We ordered chicken fried rice which was bad, we couldn’t eat it. The khao soi soup was better but it had a lot of turmeric taste to it. I don’t recommend this restaurant

Yesterday ordered via Uber Eats. There was hair on my food and the chicken was rotten. The entire order was thrown out, and Thai Lagoon refused a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!
It is the worst service, I went to pick up to delivery order “I’m doing delivery as a side hustle while pursuing my master degree in engineering” I asked very politely to use the bathroom, she gave me the very mean face and NO , no public restroom, I said I’m here to pick up orders , she looked at me and didn’t even say anything like the delivery man is bad person, in the same moment a customer asked about his order , totally different attitude with a very big smile. Thanks so much for your respect

Love love love their Pad Thai!! It's my favorite, I order it often. Buuuuuuut every now and then someone different makes it and it doesn't come out right. It's not a deal-breaker--it's a gamble that's worth taking because when they get it right, they get it RIGHT!! Love it!
