Go there and this placed was closed despite reservations! This is ridiculous!!! We really tried!!!!!

The food here is just excellent. It's consistently my favorite Mexican food in the entire city, and everyone I bring here seems to feel the same way. But I do worry that this restaurant won't last. The service is friendly but lackadaisical, almost every time I visit the experience starts with a list of things they're out of, and the restaurant is seldom busy. So guys, please get your marketing and customer experience figured out! Because I love you and I want you to be successful for the long-term.

It says open on Fridays but they’re closed.
It was 1 pm. They even let me make a reservation but got there and lights off. No hours posted on any signage.

Pretty sure this place is permanently closed. I placed a pick up order about 2 weeks ago through DoorDash and when I got there they were closed and looked like they weren’t in business. I called a couple times but no answer. Customers came to dine-in and couldn’t get in. Also was v annoying trying to get my money back from DoorDash

Went Tuesday afternoon for lunch, enchiladas tres moles was amazing.

I visited for lunch a week ago knowing this business has been slow and I rarely see any customers inside. Well, found out why. The place was empty and our server doesn’t know the menu and takes 2/3 orders from my table wrong. We even had to coach her through the menu, letting her know which plates come with which sides. We order cafe de Olla, they prepare this from a premade jar and took 20 minutes to bring out. Food takes 45 minutes and comes out with freezing cold plates. Instantly most of the food was cold. And order was still incorrect but at that point it was a lost cause. The cost per plate is way too high for how lackluster the food is.

The hours are wrong in Google. I've attempted twice for lunch and each time it seems abandoned.

2 steak burrito $30 OMG 😰 way too expensive, very tiny fajita size burritos. Left me very hungry, never going to eat there again

Drove all the way here to pick up food I ordered online and after waiting 15 mins I got a notification that the restaurant denied my order. I’m parked right outside and all the open signs are on and one of the doors is open but once you go past that the second door is locked? I called and the phones are off.

We came here before a Sox game after waiting an hour and 15 minutes the server told us that they were out of every thing that we had ordered? so we just had to leave. would have loved to try it though! 

I had my birthday party there for about 30 people. Food was great, atmosphere was amazing, and service is on point. Planning and communication with the manager was not difficult at all. All my friends gave compliments for choosing this restaurant and had a really wonderful time at this hidden gem. Need to check the place out!!

I and two friends visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening. When we arrived at 6:45p we were the only diners there and when we finished eating and were leaving there was only one other couple there. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food we were served was beautifully presented and tasted great. There was one server and she was often confused giving us incorrect information about our order which we had to correct her via the menu. There was no printed menu and we had to upload the menu to our phones. I found it odd we had to do this and it was tedious scrolling through the online menu. I order tamales and was told by the server that they did not have any tamales that day even though there were extensive tamale options on the menu. But the real deal breaker for my party was that the bathrooms which both lacked paper towels and we were expected to use TP to dry our hands. We will not be back.
