Hostess was very rude when we asked to change our table- walked away while we were talking to her! Speakers blaring in our ears. Not sure why we had to pay a deposit. Drinks were really good. The food was our biggest issue- tasted great but the menu is SO DECEIVING it's a joke! Photos of the food showed them all to be twice the size they were (tacos, burger & ESPECIALLY the sliders). Tacos and fried Thai chicken were delicious. Sliders were comically small. Get new menus please ! Waitress was nice but asked us to order as soon as we sat down- several times. Not a great experience for a place that charges a deposit (??)
The waitress came got us our one drink and someone else brought our food. We never saw her again to order another drink so we flagged down another waiter to find her. She came 5 mins later asking if we wanted the check?? It was my daughter's birthday I thought they would have done something special considering the cost of the drinks but nothing whatsoever ever. Even told the waitress it was her 21st birthday. She said I that's nice. lol whatever we made the best of it. But that was a one and done for us.
For us, the Bamboo Room didn’t live up to the hype. Service, with one bartender, was really slow, and we felt ignored most of the night. The drinks were mostly good with a few misses. The Clairvoyant Missionary was our favorite.

Overall I really love this place, it's an elevated tiki bar with some of the coolest drinks out there! My two issues were that I had to put at $10 down payment for each person in my reservation and that was not credited to my bill. Then, once we were sat the waitress asked for a card to start a tab. After finishing our food and drinks we sat for about 15-20 minutes waiting for our waitress to come back to the table and bring our check. Conveniently they had a QR code on the table that allowed us to pay our bill, while we waited for our waitress to return. Unfortunately, because the waiter took my card when we sat down, I had to ask another waiter to get her so that I could leave. She eventually brought the card and we left. I've never had this kind of experience here but this one time definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Started off with a great idea and they just nosedived into mediocrity. Would never go back.
Fun place. Very dark but cool vibe. Drinks were fun and tasty. Unfortunately our server was not the best. Took awhile to get service and then when we did she was not friendly and acted like we were more of a bother than anything. We would have stayed longer if it weren't for our server.
Didn't eat as it's a cocktail bar so ignore the food rating. Open Table won't allow you to leave it blank. Great tiki drinks in a hidden away cocktail bar. In fact was late for my reservation as the address listed is for another bar and they had to direct us to an alley round the corner. No signage so would never have found it without that tip.
It was definitely an experience to remember. The atmosphere was dark and exiting. You enter from a back alley and walk down into the bar. The place transforms you to a fun tiki palace. I did not enjoy getting our appetizers before we received our drinks. It took forever to get 2 rum barrels. Thank goodness the waiter gave us water.
Had a fun time. The staff was great. The door person even wished me an early happy birthday. The drinks were fun and creative. It's a very lively place. Even on a Tuesday night it was crowded. Fun times!
Flaming tiki headed drink, umbrellas are always included. Need I say more. If you are a tiki mug enthusiast, you must make a stop into ...- Reserve a table, get the pupu platter, sit back, relax and have a good time. Make sure to schedule your ride share home! The drinks are so delicious, you will for sure be purchasing a signature series to bring home for your own mug collection.

First and foremost, the bartender (I think Taylor?) in the Bamboo Room was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, very happy to give history and context for the rum to two newbies, and even made a special cocktail based on just a choice of favorite rum from the rum flight. The room was a mix of rum enthusiasts and those looking to try something new; it was super fun. My only hangup with the experience was the wait. I made reservations for the Bamboo Room months in advance at a specific time based on a vacation schedule (I'm not a local and won't be able to come back regularly). Despite that, we were not seated until over 45 minutes past our reservation time. The hostess sat us in the main bar for the wait which was nice, but that long of a wait for a reserved seat was too much. Maybe have two bartenders in the Bamboo Room so when there are large groups that run over there won't be as much overbooking?
What an experience! I went three days while I was in town and lucky to have snagged this reservation for our group very last minute on a Saturday. Drinks were superb and well-made. Balanced flavors! Hospitality was amazing and on point. Can't wait to be back when in town! Keep crushing it!!
had a wonderful experience with Elias in the Bamboo room this past weekend. He was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about the rums and spirits were were tasting. The room is fun and a nice quiet oasis from the louder main bar. Highly recommended!
We had an absolutely amazing experience. The service was beyond our expectation and the drinks were phenomenal. The food was absolutely delicious. I would strongly suggest you visit this location.
We reserved Bamboo Room, but were told on site that it has been closed all week. Then were given random seats at the entrance of the other bar. It was disappointing as we had booked a random evening time owing to how full the bamboo room always is. Turned out to be unnecessary in the end. Overall, staff did not care this is happening, so we had a drink and left. Meh.
