This is my new go to spot to eat on Wednesday.They have amazing veggie burger and sweet potato fries.I almost ate my hand it was so delicious. Lol. Great waiter , pronoun she/ her. Great staff. Enjoy the amber ambiance. It kind of reminds me of the bar that drew Carey show had, That meet, the look of t v show friends.

I genuinely believe the staff would benefit from a refresher on their roles and responsibilities. I’ve visited twice, and on both occasions the same server forgot our table and openly joked about it rather than offering an apology. During my second visit, he even remembered me and repeated the joke. Unfortunately, it came across as unprofessional and disrespectful rather than lighthearted.
Because of this, I’m unsure if I would return. To the owners, I strongly recommend additional staff training to reinforce service expectations and professionalism when interacting with guests.

STOLEN PURSE!! BE AWARE GOING THERE!! Wednesday, November 19th @ 830pm I was there having burgers and beers with friends and my purse was stolen. We were the only group sitting in the low table seats. There were about 5 patrons at the bar and one customer in the soft seating in the corner closest to the window. The waiter seemed very chatted and close with this patron which makes me think it was an inside job. My purse was hanging on my chair with my vest. As a neighbor I’ve been there before, comfortable with the environment I choose to be at on a Wednesday….I’m with 7 men at a table, in a completely empty pub oh yeah and I’m drinking N/A beer!! This patron in the soft seating walks by for the bathroom and must have grabbed going or leaving. When I’m ready to leave at 10:30pm I noticed it was gone, I check my credit card activity and pending charges have hit. I tell the waiter it’s gone and they were very suspicious. The bartender was somewhat helpful, he took my name and phone number down and said the manager would review the cameras and call me. I still haven’t got that call. It’s Monday the 24th. I take responsibility for putting my purse on the chair but so should Bar on Buena!! Check your cameras and credit card receipts because it was the only Patton who could have done it….also was the waiter involved!!?? I was be investigating that as well.
Sadly wont be support this local neighbor ever again!!! I warn other neighbors to be on alert. Something doesn’t add up here. Seems very suspicious their business.

The bar on Buena is a local bar with restaurant quality food?Which is very tasty , delicious and amazing. The staff is very late back in friendly and very attentive. The vibe is very come and enjoy yourself and relax.Have a drink leave if you want to stay after your food is finished and just talk very public. I live on the South side in Hyde Park.It is worth the drive coming North to Broadway and Buena to eat this delicious food.I take everyone I know.

Had a concert at the Aragon and looked for a decent spot to enjoy a quick bite to eat with a nice cold beer. Found this spot after several looking dives. The food was damn good, and the beer selection was way better then I imagined. Would absolutely come back here again if I'm in the area.

Stopped in for a cold glass of beer after a long day at work, and it totally hit the spot. Our server, Lana, was so cool and attentive that we ended up staying for some food too. The beer and food selection were both really solid, with something for everyone. The vibe was super chill, the crowd was laid-back, and the prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back! after a long day
