Talked to someone named Reuben who was less than helpful.

I have given this bar multiple opportunities before leaving this review. Every time we’ve gone here, the service we’ve received was horrible (from wait staff and managers), the food’s overpriced, and the automatic 20% gratuity and 3% surcharge tacked onto every bill is just slimy business.

Done giving this place a chance. Your time and money are definitely better spent elsewhere.

I came in here after a hockey game and was seated. I did not get to order a drink until 30 minutes after I sat. Not only did they forget to bring out 2 of the drinks in my party, when an allergy menu was asked for she said she would check and then never proceeded to check. They had no allergy friendly options that I was aware of and no staff member helped me locate any. Then they didn’t allow us order until 1 hour later and we had to drag her back over to our table to ask. The food took a very long time to come over and they served the whole tables food before the youngest child got hers. When I finally got my food I was unable to eat it because every bite I took was complete grease and made me have to go to the bathroom because I thought I was going to puke.

A few buddies and I came here the other day to have a few drinks and watch the Bears game before we went to the Blackhawks game . We met the owner who is an awesome guy. He made sure we were taken care of his wait staff was awesome as well . Super cool place I would highly recommend! The golf simulator is the coolest one I’ve been to and the cheapest I’ve been to . We will for sure be coming back !

20% auto gratiuity for one person a random unspecified 3% up charge, and a $2 fee for on the rocks. Wtf? Wings were good, pretzel bites underwhelming for $12.

Poor value and dishonest billing gets ya two stars. Decent place to watch the game if you’re not paying.

I came in on a not very busy Sunday afternoon with my wife and kids. We were seated quickly with no waiting. Kids loved the arcade games and playing on the Zamboni. That's about where all the fun ended. We ordered an appetizer, entrée and waited.

About 25 minutes went by with no appetizer or anyone to refill our drinks or check on us. We observed a table nearby putting on their jackets because they had been waiting an hour for their food. When I asked the waitress the status of our order, I felt blown off as she said, "Yeah, yeah, I got you...".

Another 10 minutes went by, and I caught the manager to ask about our order. He said he just found out the kitchen was having issues, and our order had not been started yet. We needed to leave for an event at the United Center and told him we needed to go. He apologized for the issue, that our bill was comped, and we hoped we would give them a chance again.

I was really disappointed in the lack of communication in letting customers know if their meal would be delayed. I really liked the vibe, but the lack of empathy was a turn-off.

I really appreciate the owner of this establishment for finding a way to put the Lions game on for us and creating such a fun atmosphere for game days. The service is really friendly but pretty slow, I think we waited about 45 minutes for a burger and cheese curds even though there were about 3 groups in the bar. We’ve also struck out on the food a couple times (I do not recommend the wings or the cheese curds) but the burger was fantastic! I do wish they’d update their online menu when they don’t have items though because both times we went, they didn’t have our first (sometimes even our second and third) options stocked. Also be aware they add a 20% gratuity to the bill and then default another 20% when you pay online!

On Saturday I was able to make a reservation online for Sunday at 5:30 PM. I arrived Sunday at 5:30 PM to a locked door and a phone number where no one answered and the call dropped after some rings. I was trying to give this place a chance. Very bad start.

I bought a $6 PBR (which is already unreasonably expensive) and paid cash. They gave me back $1. I said “your menu says it’s $6, you owe me $4” and the bartender said “oh, no, we charge fees and included gratuity.” That’s a 50% up charge charging someone $9 for a pint of PBR. There was no one there, and it’s no wonder why, don’t ever go here.

First thing I loved was seeing 3 TV screens at each booth! TVs everywhere in this spacious place, with about 20 seats at a long bar! I plan on seeing a bunch of Blackhawks and bears at this real sports bar!

Came in last night to watch game 7 of the finals. Was told no tables available, totally understandable. Hostess said we could stand and watch at the bar area which we tried to do until a Karen waitress came over and said we could not stand at the bar. That's a first for me at a sports bar.
