We walked out without even ordering food. We ordered 1 round of drinks after 20 minutes we never got our beer and our server was nowhere to be seen. We had to get the host to get our beer and to get the check we had to pay at the bar since no one brought us our check. Worst experience ever will not being going back. I am a full season ticket holder for Blackhawks and will be telling friends to go to Crossroads or Rannallis before games instead of this place. Only way I go back as if service is fixed!

First time here... Place is DOPE! Hockey world in one place and i was STOCKED! Now, not to be a party pooper but my server Niurka, decided to add gratuity of 20% to a check for 2 people. Not 6 or 7... but 2 PEOLPE and BANG!... gratuity added. I'm just going to say what a hell girl ?!?....WHY?!?! So lame to do that! You made $12.80 cause of your stupidity versus - maybe i was about to tip you $20,$30... Your loss and unprofessional service all the way.

Visit int Chicago for the weekend, Jeremy the bartender is one of the most fun energetic bartenders I’ve ever met. The owner Spence is a fantastic guy and understands the true roots of hockey. 100/10 would recommend the bar and the environment. Best bar we have been to in Chicago.

Great place before hockey game. Plenty of high definition tvs all around bar. Staff serve you quickly with a smile. Washrooms coed??. Parking is horrendous in area. Mixed drinks off balance will not order again due to high prices and taste profile totally off point.

This place is so cool and unique! They have amazing food and the most tvs I’ve ever seen in a sports bar! They also have golf simulators inside which is great for big groups! Eric the manager was so kind to give us a tour of the place and walked us through the whole menu! The pizza is my favorite! Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I are huge hockey/Blackhawk fans, so we were ecstatic to try this place! The food is excellent, but the manager is another story. We were treated extremely poorly by the manager with the grey beard and wild hair. Despite our attempts to understand the situation, he was verbally abusive and disrespectful throughout the entire encounter. Shockingly, he refused to provide any explanation for abruptly kicking us out!Security personnel (I believe his name is Berto), was genuinely helpful and empathetic, despite being berated by the same manager in front of everyone! It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially considering the security guy's efforts to resolve the issue peacefully.This incident left us deeply disturbed, prompting me to take the time to leave this review in the first place. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts management to address such unacceptable behavior. The manager with the unkempt hair and grey beard has certainly earned the title of the most insolent "manager" who not only lacks self-awareness, tact, and courtesy, but missed the mark on customer service.
Went several hours before the Blackhawks game on March 12, 2024. Service was awful. We had to wait really long for anyone to come to our table and then had to ask for our waitress to come back so we could get drink refills. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and it was good sized, but came with the smallest cup of cheese. The cheese was pretty basic, too thick and lacked flavor. We asked for more to be able to finish our pretzel and got charged an additional dollar. I do not have problems paying for extra condiments, but their initial serving size was ridiculous. There was a service fee added to our tab and then they automatically added a 20% tip to our bill. We would have never tipped our waitress 20% considering she never checked on us and we had to ask other staff to track her down for us. It was not busy when we got there as we arrived about 4:15. There was a line waiting at the door when we left and I would never wait for that food or lack of service again.

Excellent spot post Hawks game or concert. Late night menu. Cocktail menu is excellent with large selection of beers. Wait staff personable, friendly, fun, and accommodating. Highly recommend pre or post UC event.

Was in town for the Eagles concert and had walked from our hotel. Saw people going into this place and decided to check it out. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised. It is a sports bar with tvs everywhere. Our booth had 3 TVs in it. It has tons of hockey memorabilia on the walls.Food was great and before we were done the whole place was full of dinners. It was only a ten minute walk to the United Center where the concert was.
