The tacos suck and are not authentic. The asada was sooo spicy, they season the meat that way but there is no mention of that on the menu. I took one bite and immediately asked for a refund. They said they could only refund 1 taco since I already touched the other one. Okay greedy manager that can’t spare $5 for a customer who didn’t enjoy their food, food that they wouldn’t have ordered it if you put that it’s spicy on the menu. I love tacos and i’ve never had a taco with spicy meat. Terrible service. Chick fil a has better service than this place, the waiter was not understanding or sympathetic which is customer service 101. Honestly I am not a Karen but this just pissed me off so bad.

Rating is low due to security guard. Could not patron because of not having a costume but many people visibly from outside did not have costume. Make it make sense.

Luz was great! Rest of staff is also very friendly. Stumbled in here to watch a football game and have a couple drinks while on vacation and as crowded as it was service was on point. Will definitely be coming back before leaving.

Bartenders seem like they don't like people of color not very nice or serviceable

The bartenders were very friendly and attentive despite the large crowd, and the drinks were delicious. However, the security personnel were overly aggressive and attempted to remove me from the premises while I was waiting for my takeout food, even though I had already purchased two drinks and some food earlier. I had followed my bartender close to the kitchen because I had been waiting on my to-go wing order for more than 10 minutes. So then I stood by the kitchen waiting for my bartender to quickly return with my food before being harassed by security.

Just walked by and they're blasting ads from the radio outside. So annoying, please stop doing this, just play ad free music or nothing at all. Will definitely never come here and you're likely driving away business, maybe that's why the Smith is packed, and your place only has one lonely patron.

Alexandra was great, she had great customer service and was awesome with coming around and checking with us. Out drinks were great and she came around to check on us periodically. We all had a great experience and she was so professional. I will definitely be back!

Terrible service. We asked our server for our check and we were confused when she handed us a final receipt and said we were good to go. Our server, Jaqueline, took the liberty of adding a 23% tip to our bill, signing the toast handheld system, and then just giving us the final receipt. When we called her over to ask about this, she just shrugged her shoulders and said oh sorry, the machine just does that. She did not offer to refund us or let us edit the tip amount. There was no notice on the menu, receipt, or any sign in a visible location stating that an automatic gratuity would be added to the bill. In fact, the menu states that credit cards left after close will be charged 20% gratuity, which is less than we were charged. Further, we did not have a large party (three people). Truly unacceptable.
