Luz was great! Rest of staff is also very friendly. Stumbled in here to watch a football game and have a couple drinks while on vacation and as crowded as it was service was on point. Will definitely be coming back before leaving.
The bartenders were very friendly and attentive despite the large crowd, and the drinks were delicious. However, the security personnel were overly aggressive and attempted to remove me from the premises while I was waiting for my takeout food, even though I had already purchased two drinks and some food earlier. I had followed my bartender close to the kitchen because I had been waiting on my to-go wing order for more than 10 minutes. So then I stood by the kitchen waiting for...
Alexandra was great, she had great customer service and was awesome with coming around and checking with us. Out drinks were great and she came around to check on us periodically. We all had a great experience and she was so professional. I will definitely be back!
