Not going to lie, I’m devastated this place is closing 😔 It’s become a tradition for anniversaries and birthdays in my family. I’ve been going here since 2011 when I worked close by. I live by Ohare but the drive is absolutely worth it. I usually get The Best Veggie Burger Ever. I have had A LOT of veggie burgers in my life and this is BY FAR the BEST. It lives up to its name. Honestly, I’m so sad I will never be able to taste that amazing burger again. Maybe, if we all go there this week we can save the business! it really is one of the best places ever. Not just the food, but the service as well. Such friendly people and a friendly owner! This place will be sorely missed. I’m actually tearing up writing this review. Thank you Burger Point for all the amazing memories and the best food I’ve ever known 😭

I was very disappointed with the burger I had today. It was dry and overcooked, which was surprising given that the restaurant was not crowded. I took the burger back to the counter and was told that it was actually cooked medium-well, as ordered. 😔

Very “Ehh” of a burger and wings. My girlfriend and I both agreed neither had been seasoned. Fries were solid. Photos looked great but probably wouldn’t order from here again.

Have to balance the high reviews. almost $17 for a single burger, fries and a very small drink. I agree with the others in wondering why ask customers how they want their burgers if it will just be cooked well done and DRY. It's odd because they take a long time to make the order. Not sure what type of fries they use, but they taste old after a minute despite being fresh? Add workers having unprofessional conversations in front of you and id say just head to McDonald's. Culvers would easily beat this place

Burger Point is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Michael is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. The Capone Burger is the way to go! Must come back. 10/10.
