Burgers were INCREDIBLE. Wish we lived here as this place would definitely be in rotation haha. Wife made her own and i had the savage which was insanity. Fries were perfect too!

Very tasty food. Not very busy Sunday afternoon. We were almost the only ones there. The cheese burgers and chili were very tasty. A little too much mustard on my burger, but good. Chili was a little spicy. Not much ambiance. I would probably take the food to go next time.

Standards and practices make this place a gem and delightful experience. Short on time, I ordered ahead and my food was ready when I arrived. I had the sampler, which is a burger, 3 wings, fresh cut fries and a drink. The food is prepared fresh to order and is exceptionally delicious! The entire place is impeccably clean and every staff member is polite, professional and friendly. And did I mention just how good the food is here ;)

One of the greatest burgers I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly and the messy hands and mouth was well worth it. Very good priced especially in a large city.

I really like the burgers here. I would go with a single patty as the double was quite sizeable. Also, it was cooked to well done which i would suggest medium or less. Ordered the Savage and it was very tasty with the bacon, cheese and over medium fried egg. The yolk was still liquidy and added a nice creaminess to the burger. The potatoe bun held up nicely to the meat and accoutrements.

This place is no-frills and modestly furnished. The staff was pleasant though a bit aloof. Kitchen though was busy and prepared food to order.

Lady who answers the phone put me on hold and never came back to the phone, I then keep calling while I’m headed there only for the phone to be off the hook with no one in line when I arrived, still trying to call and all. guess she just didn’t want to take phone orders. Won’t be going back.

I came and ordered the saigon jonny chicken burger and fries. The sandwich had a little kick and the fries were crispy and seasoned right. I had to ask for napkins twice but it was no big deal. The place is casual and kind of quiet which I liked. Nothing really stood out but it was a decent meal. I could see myself coming back on a lazy weekend.

Mike was amazing he was kind and took the time to tell us about his burgers and was looking forward to making sure we were happy. I had the American classic GLUTEN FREE my husband had a number 17. Delicious courteous and an all around great experience for both taste buds and time.

Thanks again Mike for making something special and a cool conversation!

If you’re looking for a spot in Chicago that delivers flavor, size, and consistency, Burger Point absolutely deserves a visit. From the moment you walk in, there’s a relaxed and welcoming vibe that makes it clear this is a place built around comfort food done right. The menu has plenty to choose from, but a few items stand out as must-tries.

The 16 oz burger is the star of the show. It’s massive, juicy, and cooked to perfection—everything you’d expect from a burger that size but rarely get in reality. The seasoning is bold without being overwhelming, and the toppings are fresh, complementing the meat rather than competing with it. Each bite feels indulgent, yet balanced enough that you actually want to finish the whole thing.

The chicken sandwich is another highlight. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired with just the right amount of sauce and crunch, it’s one of those sandwiches that hits every note. It’s not just “good for a chicken sandwich”—it’s the kind you’d go back for again and again.

And then there are the wings. Flavor-packed, with the perfect balance of crispiness and sauciness, they’re a crowd-pleaser whether you’re there with friends or flying solo. They’ve got that addictive quality where you think you’ll stop at a couple, but suddenly you’re polishing off the basket.

Altogether, Burger Point delivers exactly what you want in a neighborhood spot: hearty food, generous portions, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It’s the kind of place where every dish tastes like it was made with care. If you’re in Chicago and craving comfort food with big flavor, Burger Point is absolutely worth the stop.

Owner is super friendly & helpful. Food is priced well and AMAZING! I cant stop thinking about the sweet potato fries. I’m honestly so upset that we live out of town because I would eat here frequently!
