Excellent food, I recommend it

The blue cheese burger was the best burger I’ve had in the city. I didn’t know you could get this combination of quality, affordability, and accessibility (relative to downtown) in Chicago. Stellar experience!

The staff I spoke to were very upfront that the meatless burger is not prepared in a manner that makes it vegetarian, but I had to inquire. I appreciate their honesty, but the menu online could be seen as misleading. There was nothing in the restaurant that a strict vegetarian could eat, including the French fries. We made a special trip here because we were excited to try the food. Maybe in the future they will make adaptations.

My partner is legitimately projectile vomiting after eating what was suppose to be a grilled chicken sandwich. No mention of salt or rubs on this sandwich. He has an extreme sensitivity to salt and both our sandwiches were EXTREMELY over salted and over rubbed. You need a warning label or something for that much sodium in your food that could kill someone. He only ate a few bites as well as myself. It gave me a massive migraine and my partner who again is sodium sensitive is puking. Not a great experience so unfortunate since I have been here previously last year a few times and never had this problem. Not to mention it took over 30 mins to make only two grilled chicken sandwichs. Restaurant was legitimately nearly empty maybe two other people waiting before us.Dietary restrictions: DO NOT EAT THE GRILLED CHICKEN IF YOU HAVE A SODIUM SENSITIVITY

The first 2 times I came here the food was pretty good, I came in a little before 8pm today and ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a small fry. After waiting over half an hour what I received was an inedible pile of salt. There was one thin pickle and a small slice of tomato and lettuce as well. I got less than halfway through my sandwich before I couldn't continue to stomach it, I would highly reccomend avoiding the grilled chicken if you have a sodium sensitivity like i do :/ we ordered dine in and were also given our food to go. Menu also doesn't state there is a rub in this chicken sandwich.Dietary restrictions: Doesn't work well with sodium sensitivity.

Burger Point is a hidden gem for burger enthusiasts. Their burgers are freshly handmade, juicy, and truly on point. Each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves you craving more. The service at Burger Point is excellent, with staff who are friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great dining experience. One unique item on their menu that caught my attention was the burger egg rolls. These delicious treats are a must-try, offering a delightful twist on traditional egg rolls with a savory burger filling. Overall, Burger Point is a must-visit for burger lovers. With their fresh, juicy burgers and excellent service, it's a place that never disappoints.

The burger was absolutely amazing! It is way better then Five Guys and at a fraction of the cost. The staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend visiting and looking forward to coming back again next time I am in town.

The burgers and hot dogs are outstanding and with so many creative options you can try something new until you find the burger that's right for you! This place is locally owned I've been here a dozen times and the owner is always working. So skip the chains and you can feel good about supporting a neighborhood spot. Staff are friendly and welcoming always service with a smile.

Amazing place! Fresh, clean, absolutely delicious. Beef is grass fed -- There's chicken and veggies burgers if you're not into red meat. Give yourself time to peruse the menu and the many original house sauces. This place deserves a regular spot in the rotation!Vegetarian options: I loved the veggie burger -- different and delicious. Texture was almost creamy (beans??) with tasty morsels, black beans and corn kernels. I accessorized with the special cheddar!
