Wonderful experience. The food was fantastic. Meatballs and burrata were delicious as a starter. I had the seafood linguine. The shrimp were huge and seafood was cooked perfectly. My husband had a ribeye and I tried it and was very impressed. Flavor and tenderness were perfect. My favorite part was the amazing cheesecake. Service was outstanding. I hope to return again.
We have a family tradition of going to Torali when we stay downtown annually for the Festival of Lights. This was so disappointing as the only thing we truly enjoyed was the bread and pesto along with the wine. The entrees were absolutely equivalent to cafeteria food. Will not revisit even though we are Bonvoy devoted members .
Went for dinner on a Friday night, it was excellent! Service was great - polite, friendly & well informed, food was excellent, especially the pasta which is made in-house and tastes superb! Great cocktails and wine list. The restaurant design is great, nicely separated from the rest of the hotel and private. Really enjoyed it, we'll be back!
What a wonderful birthday dinner for both my son and I! 🎂💗 Thank you for making everything so special!
Loved our meal at Torali. It was easy to get a reservation, the food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We were there with our 6 year old daughter, and the servers and staff went out of their way to make her feel welcome and entertained. Torali is one of our favorite places to go
We had an outstanding experience with Road as our waiter, accompanied by Chaz and Alfonzo. The meal was delicious as were the cocktails. Rod even recommended a great place for an after drink experience that was spot on. Thank you Ritz!
Our experience here is always amazing. We usually come on Sunday for lunch. Our waiter Jorge goes above and beyond every time. The food is always good and I highly recommend coming here. I want to thank all the staff that takes care of us every week.
We treat ourselves every few months to dinner at Torali- Service is always amazing and often have the same servers. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious wine, great appetizers. For the first time ever, we found the pastas to just be "ok"- not a lot of seasoning...but good experience overall.
My food was very good. My wife's was just ok. She had a spicy dish (Puttanesca). Not too flavorful. Our waiter was great. Very personable and attentive.

We let the hostess and the waiter both know that we needed to leave 1.5 hours after we sat. We thought, and everyone agreed, that would be plenty of time. We ordered a bottle of wine, a pasta course, a steak (medium), and a side, all to share, and we carefully explained my wife's allergy. It was more than half an hour before the pasta eventually showed up. When it did, we confirmed with the waiter that it was fine with her allergy (he had earlier promised to confirm but never came back). He said yes, but then looked concerned and literally ran to the kitchen, running back seconds later to grab the plate off the table. He just said sorry, and disappeared into the back with it. Next thing we know, the manager is apologizing for messing it up, offering to comp the dish, and telling us they're remaking it. We reminded him at that point that we had a hard out, and it was starting to look tighter. Eventually they came back with a neutered version of the pasta dish: just dry pasta, corn, zucchini, and sausage. She would have never ordered that dish if she'd been told that's how it would have to be made. We again reminded the waiter about the time. Finally the steak hits the table, and it's at least one level overcooked, probably two. We point that out to the waiter, who huffs and walks off. We never saw the manager again. But at this point it's late and we've just gotta eat what we have and get to the show.
We are Titanium Bonvoy members so have some experience with Marriott property restaurants. We left this breakfast beside ourselves with how disappointing it was. The service was incredibly slow - there were a fair amount of servers and bussers on the floor for a not-filled restaurant and our server was often nowhere to be found. Honestly, it was less about that than the food. Terrible and, honestly, it was breakfast which is almost impossible to ruin. None of us finished our meals because nothing tasted - or was presented- in an expected manner. I realize eating in the hotel brings a premium on price but for $150 for 4 people, I expected to leave thinking it was decent. Sadly, I did and for a Ritz property, it was beyond disappointing. For anyone planning on staying at this property, do yourself a favor and eat out as there are so many amazing places in this neighborhood.
We booked here because could not get a good reservation time at Tre Dita. I was disappointed. Food was bland. I had the chicken orzo soup and the white bolognese. The best thinks were the bread and the chocolate cake desert. The wine was good and they do have long, wide variety to choose from. All four of us got pasta dishes and nobody loved it. Maybe we should have done steak and seafood?
Noise level or shall I say lack thereof is EXCELLENT. Service was great too. But that's where it falls off. So/so food and a very expensive price tag for it disappoints. C'mom Ritz, pull it together! Pasta was lacking flavor and my halibut was boring. Dessert horribly common. Side of carrots was super plain. Nobody was raving. No excuse for that at that location.
Food was decent - seafood was fresh, the octopus appetizer was good (but a little too busy,) and the seafood linguine was solid if not spectacular.
