We come to the Ritz Carlton every year the service was great and we really enjoyed the first class knowledge of wine by our server.
Nonna's meatballs came out first time lukewarm at best, second time they were hot however the fresh batch were too dry to choke down. Would not recommend this appetizer. The octopus was delightful. The Filet was boring, no seasoning at all, it was cooked properly. The tiniest baked potato you can possibly buy so if you like baked potatoes and want to share think twice as they are not shareable. Chaz was our server and did a great job throughout the meal.- the food just was not was we expected. The old-fashion was excellent so the bartender who made it did a great job!
Management exhibited extremely courteous and understanding recovery with a service issue we experienced and as regular guests we look forward to future great experiences
Everything was great! Even brought a chair for my daughter's doll. We had both kids with us (7 & 5) and everyone was friendly and welcoming of the kids, which sometimes is not the case at higher end restaurants/hotels. Overall great experience! Would definitely go back!
Rob was an excellent server attending to our every need and anticipating our next request!
Rogario and crew are the nicest, most welcoming staff any hotel could ask for. The pastries are house made by the Ritz kitchen and doughnuts from Do-Rite. They serve Starbucks coffee and light bites. This is, by far, the best spot on the Mag Mile to grab coffee and relax in their lovely lobby environment. In the summer there’s a terrace to enjoy your morning coffee outside among the beautiful flowers and greenery.

It is a neighborhood Jewel! We live next door for years and only tried it last last night for the first time! Can't wait to return!
The decor reminded us of a cafeteria setting, not what we were expecting at all. It was a little shocking and disappointing. Our waiter was great! Upon ordering we were told they ran out of baked potatoes. Our reservation was 7:30, so to be out of baked potatoes was also surprising and disappointing. There were 2 of us and we shared the shrimp cocktail, it was delicious. We also ordered the cheese board, which was good. For our entrees we ordered the equivalent to a filet and the salmon. The steak was tough but adequate. The salmon was horrible. It tasted fishy and raw. It was inedible. But our waiter was very attentive and friendly.
Had made a reservation for the holiday, called and asked for the holiday menu to be emailed. It wasn't clarified that the holiday menu was NOT what would be served at the time of my booking. Server was quite rude about it - we ordered a drink while we decided, and when he brought them he just said curtly “so are you staying or leaving”? Overall service was quite slow too - wasn't greeted at the table for almost ten minutes after being sat, the drinks took about ten minutes and it was also about ten minutes after I asked for he check to be brought. There was no lobby presence or greeter - at the ground floor or coming off the elevator. The lobby is on the 12th floor, and only one elevator goes there without a key (it isn't clearly marked which) so a doorman would be helpful. Overall very disappointed with the level of service and missed opportunities from a Ritz, and on a holiday to boot.
Wonderful experience. The food was fantastic. Meatballs and burrata were delicious as a starter. I had the seafood linguine. The shrimp were huge and seafood was cooked perfectly. My husband had a ribeye and I tried it and was very impressed. Flavor and tenderness were perfect. My favorite part was the amazing cheesecake. Service was outstanding. I hope to return again.

We have a family tradition of going to Torali when we stay downtown annually for the Festival of Lights. This was so disappointing as the only thing we truly enjoyed was the bread and pesto along with the wine. The entrees were absolutely equivalent to cafeteria food. Will not revisit even though we are Bonvoy devoted members .
Went for dinner on a Friday night, it was excellent! Service was great - polite, friendly & well informed, food was excellent, especially the pasta which is made in-house and tastes superb! Great cocktails and wine list. The restaurant design is great, nicely separated from the rest of the hotel and private. Really enjoyed it, we'll be back!
What a wonderful birthday dinner for both my son and I! 🎂💗 Thank you for making everything so special!
Loved our meal at Torali. It was easy to get a reservation, the food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We were there with our 6 year old daughter, and the servers and staff went out of their way to make her feel welcome and entertained. Torali is one of our favorite places to go
