The food is good for the 1990s fast food. They could invest more in the quality of taste and sauces. Maybe it's good for an emergency of calorie intake...

I wanted to give zero stars. I’ve walked in this place before and walked out; but today I was feeling adventurous. Ribs are clearly boiled. Not an iota of smoke flavor/taste. Fries were piss poor on sight. What a waste of 12? I could have opened my hand and let the money go where it may. Yikes!

Ordered a Chicago dog and it came with ketchup... huh? Plus mustard, relish, and tomatoes. No pickle, no sports pepper, no celery salt.. I'm still stuck on the ketchup.

The variety on the menu is staggering. Many are soul food staples. Judging from gumbo, however, it might not be all that tasty. The gumbo could have been called celery soup.

Picture speaks for itself. I would never order food from here again. My gyro was burnt...meat and bread. I Called the restaurant for a solution and was not offered a reasonable one. I just wanted a credit for a later date. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for some bbq chicken and some fried catfish. I wish I would have kept going. The chicken needed the sauce it was drowned in because it was dry as a sand box. The dressing was downright bad. And the catfish had no flavor at all. If the chef's are reading this, y'all need to study these YouTube chefs and reinvent these dinners.

I hadn't been to Chicago Rib House in years so I wasn't aware that it had changed ownership until my arrival nevertheless since I ordered online I kept my order. Overall the food is not that good. The side dishes we had were the greens and baked potato which were flavorless and cold and the ribs were smothered with barbecue sauce. Also had the salmon burger that came with fries. It was the typical frozen salmon patty and some cold greasy fries. I guess I will not be going back anytime soon!

The Chicago Rib place is not a Barbecue which i thought by the sign. It a Mexican Restaurant that basically sales all type of food. The good things this has a menu for everyone tastebuds. Tamales are off the Chain. Their Barbecue Rib Tips are ,?

I bought a mexican potatoe which was okay. Topped with taco meat and some cheese. The potatoe was baked all the way through which is a bonus to me.

This is a low-key spot on the Southside with good food. I love the tacos and my kids love the rib tips!
