Fantastic! I gave Kevin a call to organize boxed lunches for an event outside and he and the team more than delivered. We ordered 16 boxed lunches in total and were able to really customize. 10 of the boxes we allowed our folks to fully customize what they wanted and the remaining 6 we asked Kevin to get creative and provide his own spin.
On the 10 boxes, when I say fully customize, I mean we were able to customize everything (bread/wrap, protein, veggies, toppings, condiments, you name it). I had one individual indicate that they are typically pretty picky about deli sandwiches and on several occasions, they pointed out how fantastic the sandwich was.
For the remaining 6 boxes, people were also thrilled. 2 of them were salmon tacos, which I would have never thought of for boxed lunches, and they were a HIT. I'm honestly jealous I didn't get one for myself! In addition to individually wrapped tacos, they had also included limes to make sure everything stayed extra fresh.
In addition to the 'main,' we also requested chips, cookies, and fruit on the side with our boxed lunches. There were a good variety of chips (not just your typical plain), everyone got an apple, and the cookie was a yummy unique one with pretzels and chocolate and caramel chips (safe for those with a nut allergy). As another fun surprise, they threw in a couple of Hi-Chews, which was also a hit.
We were really pleased with how everything turned out, the delivery arrived in plenty time for when we needed it, everything stayed extremely fresh on a hot day outside, and the prices were extremely competitive. Love to support this local business and hope others do the same!

Kevin knows what he's taking about. If he gives you a suggestion to add... go out of your comfort zone. I did the 3 days in a row I had lunch there and it was well with it. Great people !! and they have healthy options. Day 2 I had Kevin's suggestion... fried bologna.. he suggested grilled onions mustard and mayo so i added that.. it did not dissapoint!! The make you feel life family. Highly recommended if you're in the area!!!
