I was visiting from out of town and took my family here for dinner before a concert at the United Center. The service was great! The food was delivered to the table very quickly after ordering and the portion sizes for everything we ordered were very generous! I also have to mention that they played great music, which really added to our experience! I had already decided to eat here before arriving at hour hotel, but the bonus was that, if you dine there, they offer complimentary shuttle service both to and from the United Center! All in all, we had an excellent experience at The Crossroads and would highly recommend this place!

Hey this another nice place to go to watch the game and have some good food. We went to watch the game is had a great time. My wife had the flatbread and loved it and I had the massive nachos. I recommend this spot and will definitely return.

Great bar food. Eber did a terrific job serving us and meeting all our requests. Enjoyed the ipas, bbq pork nachos, sliders, sweet potato fries and cookie skillet.

We came here before a show at City Winery for a drink and a bite to eat. Kate, behind the bar was prompt and friendly. We shared a burger and fries, and without asking, she had the server split it in half on two separate plates. I'm pretty sure Kate used a Jedi mind trick to read our thoughts. The food came out and it was delicious. The mac and cheese was also creamy and tasty. We will be stopping by here again when we are in the West Loop.

They got rid of their impossible burger ??. Now they have this weak other veggie patty. Sad day. But their curly fries make up for it.
